Rules & regulations
Two-night minimum on weekends only – one night if available. One night permitted on weekdays. Three-night minimum on holiday weekends.
Arrival any time after 3:00pm – Departure before 11:00 am. Not necessary to check in or out. Winter rates do not include breakfast.
Breakfast is available on SATURDAYS ONLY in the Breakfast Barn. Breakfast is not served in the Barn during the following months: December, January, February and August due to extreme temperatures. Full kitchens or kitchenettes are available in every unit.
Animals will not be allowed without advanced notice when making reservations. Pets must be leashed at all times, cannot be left alone in the unit without a crate, and owners are responsible for cleaning up! No puppies and no dogs over 50 pounds please. Pet fee $25 per pet.
You are responsible for all river activities. Swim & fish at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Bring hiking shoes, wading shoes & river towels as well as firewood, s’mores, Duraflame, and charcoal.
All guests and friends of guests are responsible for their own actions and assume all risks while on premises. Owner and management are not liable for any and all liability resulting from personal injury or death to myself, family, friends and guests which is caused in any way by negligence/failures or negligent acts or by any of its owners, employees, family and/or representatives/managers in connection with the use of the premises.
