Rules & regulations

CHECK-IN: 2:00PM -

Upon arrival each guest or member of the general public must first register at the office and present their photo identification and/or drivers license, vehicle registration & insurance.

CHECK-OUT: 12:00PM -

With 15 days notice, deposit will be refunded or applied to any amount due at time of departure, including electric, late and site fees. A clean-up fee of $150 will apply if site clean-up is required.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLE LENGTH AND WIDTH-

Spaces will accommodate trailers, 5th wheels, and motor homes with a maximum overall actual length of thirty-six (36) feet and a width of one hundred two (102) inches, excluding slide-outs.

There must be a minimum of six (6) feet from the legal parked RV in the adjacent spaces. Units will not be allowed to encroach upon an adjacent space.

VEHICLE & GOLF CART RESTRICTIONS-

The speed limit is 5 mph throughout our entire facility and strictly enforced.

All vehicles in our facility must be properly identified at all times with the appropriate parking pass. These passes must be displayed at all times on vehicle windshields.

Absolutely, NO working on vehicles, oil changes, tire changes etc

LAUNDRY

Our laundry facilities are open 24/7 in the Amenities Center. The machines accept credit cards.

RIG AND SITE APPEARANCE-

We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition.

Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection.

It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping.

No open flames or fireplaces such as chimneys or open fire pits (small personal BBQ grills are allowed).

Outdoor items should be neat and orderly.

No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers and other storage containers are allowed on your site. Storage containers under rig allowed maintained in neat appearance.

Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundled

Properly size your electric line for your unit

No light duty extension cords allowed.

Holiday decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks of holiday.

TRASH-

Household trash must be bagged and placed in dumpster. No furniture, mattresses, appliances or large boxes.

Auto parking trash must be bagged or disposed of properly in our designated trash receptacles.

Due to environmental law no hazardous material such as old tires, motor oil, cooking oil, etc. can be disposed of at our facility.

PARKING-

2 vehicles per site.

No parking on the grass or in empty sites.

No trailers other than RVs are allowed in sites.

PETS-

No pets allowed that are over 30 pounds in weight or any aggressive dogs in any breed that is mixed.

All pets must be leashed, cleaned up after and attended to by their owner at all times.

Unruly or barking pets will not be tolerated on premises.

No dog pins allowed of any type.

No dogs are to be tied outside unattended.

No aggressive dog breeds allowed in park.

FIRE RESTRICTIONS-

No wood campfires are permitted due to local ordinances. These include fire rings, fire pits, barrels, etc. Charcoal and Gas grills are permitted.

No fireworks or firearms of any kind are permitted.

No ATVs or dirt bikes are permitted in our facility.

For your safety NO motorized scooters, roller blades or skateboards are allowed.

All golf carts must have proof of liability insurance policy.

All golf carts and bicycles must be properly lit after dark.

All golf carts can only be operated by those having a valid drivers license.

NOISE & SITE RESTRICTIONS-

Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am. This rule is strictly enforced, and violators will be removed from the premises without refund after one warning.

No generators or loud music are permitted.

No sleeping or pop-up tents are permitted in RV camping areas.

Please remember that owners of all units located in our facility are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

No illegal substances allowed on premises. This rule is strictly enforced, and violators will be removed from the premises without refund.

No solicitation is allowed on the premises without proper approval.

No large rugs permitted. (not larger than 2' x 4').

WATER & SEWER RESTRICTIONS

No swimming pools or free running water permitted.

No outside watering except for potted plants.

No RV or vehicle washing.

No filling of portable water containers. Ex: pressure washer tanks, water barrels, etc.

Due to environmental hazards all sewers must be secured to sewer drop with appropriate device. Ex: Foam doughnuts, plastic screw in elbows, etc.

Absolutely NO flushing of tank allowed. If caught you will be asked to vacate space immediately without refund!

Please do not leave any water dripping to avoid frozen pipes. Most units are on septic tank system

POLICE

If law enforcement is called to your camper for any domestic disturbance, you must vacate the premises immediately following or (at the discretion of owner) by 10am the following morning. There are no exceptions to this rule.

SECURITY

The park does not provide security to guard RVs or other personal property.

Each guest is advised to carry their own insurance and is responsible for their own personal property. The park and its facilities are used by guests at their own risk.

The park assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss to property.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND TO EVICT FOR ANY INFRACTION THEREOF. THE OWNERS HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE THIS FACILITY SAFE FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS. HOWEVER, ANYONE USING THESE FACILITIES MUST DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK, AS WE WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFETY OF ANYONE. COUNTRY PINES RV PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRE, THEFT OR DAMAGE IN ANY WAY TO ANY TRAILER, VEHICLE, RV, TENT OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY AND ALL CAMPERS, RENTERS AND/OR VISITORS.ANYONE WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND (Texas Penal Code 30.5). MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. STAFF ARE NOT PERMITTED TO WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS
