House rules for a happy stay
Policies
The Country Cottage of Langley Bed & Breakfast is a luxury property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A $35 service charge will be deducted from your deposit refund.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, your entire deposit is non-refundable.
Rules & regulations
• Cottage prices are subject to change and vary by day, season and demand. Prices are guaranteed for your booking once your deposit has been processed.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. If arriving after 7:00 PM, please call to make arrangements. Early check-ins are not available.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM. A one-hour later check-out (12 – noon) is possible subject to availability for a fee of $35.
• Extra person charge is $55 per person, per night. This applies to all children and adults over the age of 2 years. Children under 2 years are free.
• Absolutely no smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. It is a violation of state law to smoke inside a place of accommodation. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any indoor smoking occurrence. Violators will be removed without any refund.
• Children Welcome. We welcome families with children in all cottages.
• Pets: We welcome one dog (up to 50 lbs) only in the Captains Cove with a $65 fee per night. Pets are not permitted in any other cottage and may not be left in your vehicle. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for bringing unauthorized pets onto the property.
