House rules for a happy stay
Policies
A deposit of the first night + tax will be taken at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The balance will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. All reservations are non-refundable once inside the 72 hours cancellation window. A refund will be issued if you cancel 72 hours prior to arrival minus a $ 25.00 cancellation fee per room booked. All no-shows will be charged for the entire reservation amount.

Check-in & Out
There are no refunds for early departures and/or unused nights.
Check-in time is 4 pm
Check-Out is at 12 pm.
S'mores by the campfire are included every night (weather permitting)
Late Check-in
If you plan on checking in after 9 pm, please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements for a late check-in.
Breakfast
Continental breakfast is included for each guest at the Cottages.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome for an additional $35 per dog per night. Please contact the hotel directly to book dog-friendly accommodations.
Smoking
Cottages on River Road is an entirely smoke-free property. Smoking is allowed in parking lot areas outside the property gates. Smoking in cottages will result in a $250 fine.
Quiet Hours
We must maintain a strict quiet hour policy beginning at 10:00 pm. Failure to adhere will result in a $200 fine and immediate expulsion from the property with no refund. Stumptown Brewery is a 2-minute walk from the cottages and stays open very late.
