Policies
RV and Tent Sites:
If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled camping date, the reservation deposit will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee, or you can reschedule for another date. If you cancel with less than 7 days before your scheduled camping date, the deposit will not be returned, and rescheduling is not permitted.
Cabins:
If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled camping date, the reservation deposit will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee, or you can reschedule for another date. If you cancel with less than 30 days before your scheduled camping date, the value of one nights stay will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded, and rescheduling is not permitted.
Rules & regulations
Rates, rules, policy, and regulations are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind.
QUIET HOURS: 10PM to 8AM. During quiet hours all children must return to their sites. TV’s and radios outdoors must be turned off by 10PM.
CHECK IN & OUT: Check in after 1PM, check out by11AM. See office if you need early check in or late check out, for an additional fee.
SITE: Only one camping unit permitted. Only one SMALL tent is allowed on site with RV. A maximum of six persons are allowed overnight. Car passes must be displayed in front car window.
FIRES: Fires are only allowed in fire pits which are available in all sites. Firewood is available in office or can be delivered to your site upon request.
PETS: All pets must be on a leash at ALL TIMES. Clean up after your pets' messes.If your dog shows aggression, or is disruptive to other dogs or guests, you will be asked to leave.
GUESTS: Guest fee is $3.00 per person over the age of 5. Guests must vacate park by 9PM.
OFFICE/STORE/ Has basic necessities including firewood and ice. Hours are posted on the office window.
CLUBHOUSE: POOL: No lifeguard on duty. All children under 14 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. ABSOLUTELY NO diving or running. No glass containers allowed in pool area. All children not potty trained must wear swimmer underwear — which is for sale in our store. No diapers allowed.
SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph throughout entire park!!!! You must stop at ALL stop signs. Please show car pass upon entering park.
RECYCLE: We recycle.Containers are located throughout the campground. No trash in Recycle containers. DUMPING: Dumping of gray water on ground is a violation of county codes. Please dump gray water and port-a-potties at dump station near entrance. Use of formaldehyde-based deodorizers is strictly PROHIBITED.
DISHWASHING STATION: Located at the end of the basket ball court. No grease in drain please.
REPAIR COSTS: Use care when parking or leaving. You are responsible for any damages to the property.
SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES & GAS POWERED SCOOTERS: Not allowed in our park at ANY TIME.
SMOKING: Pot smoking, marijuana smoking, dope or cannabis is not allowed in our park at ANY TIME. California law prohibits smoking in any buildings or within 20 feet of a building entrance.
BICYCLES: Okay to ride until campground street lights go on. All bikes must be returned to your site. If attending movie, please walk to clubhouse. Bikes must stay on paved roads- do not ride through campsites.
WEAPONS: BB Guns,Bows & Arrows, Hatchets, Sling Shots, Cap or Pop Guns and Fireworks are not permitted in our campground.
VEHICLES: No parking on paved road, all vehicles must park in site orin overflow parking.Washing or repairing your vehicle is NOT permitted in the campground.
OFF ROAD VEHICLES: Not permitted.
