    SITE FEES: All site fees must be paid prior to leaving your site.

    NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER SITE: Maximum number of people per RV site is 8.

    CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late departures must be approved by management to avoid additional charges.

    PETS: Friendly Pets are always welcome. Maximum of 2 pets per site. No aggressive or dangerous breeds such as Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chows and similar or mixed breed. Guests are responsible for cleanup after their pets. ALL pets must be on a leash at all times. No Exceptions. Pets may not be left unattended at any time.

    PARKING: Only ONE RV and TWO additional vehicles per site (pull-throughs only). ALL VEHICLES must park within the graveled area in site. NO vehicles may be parked on lawn or drive areas. Additional vehicles in excess of TWO or any vehicles not able to park within the confines of the designated site must be parked as directed by park management at an additional daily fee. Please do not park in unoccupied camp sites.

    CHILDREN: We wish to be family friendly. However, it is up to each parent or guardian for the conduct and safety of their child or ward. Children 16 and under must have adult supervision while using park facilities.

    CAMPFIRES: ARE NOT ALLOWED. BBQs: Please refrain from setting charcoal grills directly on lawns or park picnic tables. The heat will cause damage.

    SMOKING: California law prohibits smoking in any buildings or within 20 feet of an entrance to a building. Please dispose of smoking materials properly.

    GARBAGE: To prevent critters from making a mess, please place your garbage and recycle materials in the dumpster located towards the front of the park. RV SITE: All RV sites must be kept in a neat and orderly fashion. No Clotheslines or drying of clothes on the tress or RV. A laundry facility is available for drying.

    RESTROOMS: Restrooms require a code for access. Do not give out your code to anyone you do not know. Report any service issues to management.

    FIREWORKS AND DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS in the park is strictly prohibited. QUIET TIME: 9:30 pm to 7:30 am. No revving of motorcycles at any time.

    SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH THROUGHOUT THE PARK. This is a partial list of rules at Corning RV Park and is subject to change at any time. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES MAY RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK WITHOUT A REFUND.
