Colonia del Rey is the highest rated RV Park in Corpus Christi. Outside the park, activities include walks along the beach or main attractions such as the USS Lexington, Whooping Crane Tours, deep sea fishing, Whataburger Field, home of the Corpus Christi Hooks, Marine Science building in Port Aransas, Christmas House, and the Botanical Gardens.
An over night trip to a Louisiana Casino or a dolphin-watch boat trip are possibilities as well! With planned excursions to the South Texas Opry, Greyhound Race Track, Ice Rays hockey games, Islanders basketball games, Bull Riding/Rodeo, and you can enjoy just about anything or sit back and relax! Colonia del Rey features a full set of activities organized by our staff Activities Director, during the Winter season.
Within the RV park, we have the all time favorite game night with poker, cribbage, hand & foot, and bridge tournaments. You can find a "Texas Hold 'Em". Tournament almost every week or try your hand at bingo. We also have a number of different ways of playing dominos. Let us spoil you with countless things to do.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Daily Reservation: A 24 hour cancellation notice is needed on a daily reservation in order to receive a full refund.
Weekly Reservation: A 7 day cancellation notice is needed on a weekly reservation in order to receive a full refund.
A minimum of 3 night reservation is required on select holiday such as Spring Break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.
Cancellation Policy for Holiday Reservation: A 14 day cancellation notice is needed on holiday reservations in order to receive a full refund.
No Refunds on early departures.
Colonia del Rey does not prorate.
Rules & regulations
Park Rules
Office hours 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; 7 days a week.
Check-in Time is 12:00 PM
Check-out time is 12:00 PM; pre-approved late checkouts are $3.00 per hour. After 3:00 PM, a full daily rate will be charged.
No Cash Refunds. All authorized refunds will be mailed.
Speed limit in park is 10 MPH
Quite Time: 10:00 PM till 7:00 AM. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time!
Parents are responsible for children at all times.
Absolutely no vehicle repairs on site.
Vehicle washing must be approved through the office.
All of our buildings are smoke-free.
All residents and their guests must abide by all posted traffic signs and park rules.
Pet Rules
Pets must be maintained on a leash at all times.
Pets are not allowed in any buildings, restrooms or pool area.
Pets are not to be left unattended outside of RV’s.
Owners must immediately clean up after pets
We do not allow Pit Bulls (Staffordshire), Rottweilers, Chows and Dobermans into the park.
Policies
Management has the right to limit the length of stay and the number of people and vehicles per site.
Site occupancy is limited to one camping unit per site.
RV’s must be in good mechanical condition
RV’s must not be unsightly.
RV Sites must be maintained in a clean, neat manner.
Please secure all belongings. We are not responsible for loss or theft of items.
