Please note: You must be 21 years of age to check-in. Guests under 17 and under at check-in are considered children. Maximum occupancy is 6 people per campsite.

Helmets: Bike Helmets are strongly recommended and required by State Law for anyone under 14 years of age.

Trash: Please place your trash on your site as close to the road as possible. Trash pickup is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.

Pool: Pool hours are from 10:00 AM until dusk. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at any time. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Parents are responsible for watching their children, and anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to swim.

Never swim alone. No animals, No Smoking, No Alcohol or Glass of any kind inside the pool area.

Never swim alone. A minimum of two adults, eighteen (18) years or older must be present whenever the swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult remaining on the pool deck.

In case of emergency, notify 911 immediately and notify the Clearwater Cove RV Resort park manager on duty.

Only use the swimming facility during the posted hours of operation.

No diving and/or jumping into the swimming pool.

Do not drink alcohol and swim.

No pets are allowed inside the swimming facility.

Visitors: Visitors must pay a day use fee and also register and sign a waiver at the office before entering the park. All guests must leave the park by 10:00 pm. Maximum occupancy is 6 people per campsite.

Quiet Hours: As a courtesy to your neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. All minors must be at their campsite unless escorted by an adult after 10:00 PM. Please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time. Anyone causing excessive noise or disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Please do not shortcut through your neighbors’ campsite.

Vehicles: No more than 2 licensed vehicles are allowed per site, unless given special permission by management. No parking on the grass. If you have visitors, please check in at office for location to park. Drones, quads, off-road motorcycles, mopeds, electric skateboards, RC vehicles of any kind and children ride on battery powered vehicles are prohibited due to safety.

Additional Rules and Guidelines:

State law requires a sewer donut.

Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, put them in trash cans.

Clothes lines are prohibited. No ropes or chains tied to utilities, trees or signs.

Please do not put hot grills directly on picnic tables

to ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests

Have a great time in a manner that is safe and respectful of other guests!

Drive Slowly and Watch for Children.

Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult after 10:00 PM throughout the park.

Golf Carts are permissible for a fee. Operators must hold a valid driver's license, and owners must have proof of insurance for the golf cart. Units must be equipped with lights to drive at night. Please contact the office for additional information.

Motorcycles and ATVs are not allowed inside the resort, they can be parked before the gates.

Firewood: State law prohibits out of state firewood. Only local firewood may be brought into the park. Dry firewood is available for purchase in the park. Please do not move the fire rings! All campfires are required to be contained within the fire ring, always attended to, and must be extinguished prior to retiring for safety. Do not place non-burnable items in the fire ring (i.e. no glass, metal, nails, plastic, garbage, etc.)

Pets: Friendly pets that are current with their vaccinations are welcome. Pets must always be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet long. Only non-aggressive, quiet household pets are permitted. No aggressive (i.e. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman) or excessive barking dogs allowed. Dogs can not weigh more than 15 pounds. You are allowed 2 pets per site with applicable fee paid. No pets may be chained up outside without supervision. All pets must be inside your RV during quiet hours unless being walked on a leash.
