Clear Creek RV Park

Hours:

- Office hours are posted on the office door.

- Checkout is at 11 am, renewals must be completed by 10 am based on availability. Failure to checkout by 11am will result in a $50 late checkout fee.

- Check-in is at 1 pm.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of your fellow campers!

- Laundry & restrooms are open 24 hours a day and are closed daily for cleaning from 11 am to 12:30 pm. For your safety and that of other campers, please do not give out the restroom codes to nonpaying guests.

RV Standards:

- All RVs must meet ANSI & RVIA standards and have the appropriate credentials to show staff when asked. Regardless, the following are NOT permitted: car camping and conversions including but not limited to buses, and tiny houses.

- Fully self-contained RVs must be in good condition and meet staff approval.

- Vehicle tents are NOT permitted, including but not limited to roof top and hatchback tents.

- Guests must be able to show current license and proof of insurance.

- Airtight sewer connection is required by state law.

- All travel trailers and fifth wheels are required to have their own towing vehicle on premises to move their RV at a moment’s notice.

- RV's must be correctly parked in their assigned space.

- Truck bed campers are not to be removed from the vehicle at any time.

- Only one RV is allowed per RV site.

- RV sites must be kept in presentable shape and meet staff approval.

Restrictions:

- No motorized scooters, ATVs, or motorized bikes on the property.

- No fireworks, firearms or BB guns permitted in the RV Park.

- Dumping wastewater on the ground is strictly prohibited. Please use the dump station located at the entrance/exit of the park.

- Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on trails, in restrooms, laundry facilities, or in the office. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking area by the main office.

- Washing, extensive maintenance and repair as well as fluid changes of RVs or vehicles are not permitted on premises.

- Propane tanks must be harnessed or attached to a base. Free standing propane tanks are NOT permitted.

- Ember emitting fires (to include but not limited to wood or charcoal burning grills, fire rings, stoves, Green Eggs, etc.) are NOT permitted. Gas grills, pellet grills and gas fire rings are permitted so long as the gas tank is harnessed and/or mounted to a base and the fire can be extinguished by switch, dial, or knob.

Pets:

- Please be considerate of your fellow campers and keep your dog’s barking to a minimum.

- Pets are required to be on a leash and may not be left unattended while they are outside.

- Pets must have proper tags and be picked up after per City of Golden Ordinance.

- Washing of your pet(s) in the laundry room and bathhouse is not permitted.

Tents:

- Tent sites are only available from May through September.

- Only one tent is allowed per tent site.

- No tents are allowed in RV sites.

- Pets are not allowed in tent sites.

- Tent sites must be kept in presentable shape and meet staff approval.

Guests:

Your visitors are welcome! They need to park in guest areas and have a guest pass. Please see the main office.

Mail:

- Packages may be delivered and picked up at the main office during office hours.

- Personal mail (envelopes, fliers, etc.) must be forwarded to a PO Box or other address.

Damages:

- The Clear Creek RV Park is not responsible for damages, injury, or loss by accident, theft or fire to either the property or person of any guest.

- Damage(s) to the site or facilities will be your responsibility.
