City Limits RV Resort

We have established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and enjoyment. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines will be asked to leave our resort without any form of refund.

​REGISTRATION: All guests will register at the office or online and will be given a Welcome Package for our resort upon arrival. Please review resort rules and signs.

MINIMUM LENGTH: We restrict the length of any RV staying at the park to a minimum length of 26'. We do not allow Class B van conversions, pick-up campers, pop-ups, tents or any other trailer with tent fabric. One RV per lot. No tents. No sleeping outside or in vehicles.

OCCUPANCY: More than 5 persons in any one lot / RV will be charged an additional $5.00 per person, per night. No more than 8 persons on any one lot overnight.

QUIET TIME: 10 p.m. / 7 a.m. – please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time. No visitors after 10 PM.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M.-Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site. Please check with the front office if you need a later check out time.

SPEED LIMIT: Please observe a speed limit of no more than 10 mph. Watch for children playing.

SEWER: Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut. They must be AIR TIGHT. Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RV’s (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.

STORAGE- Storage under RVs is not permitted. Large items may be stored outside the Storage Building.

SIGNS: No “For Sale” signs may be placed on any item.

FLAGS: Guests may fly flags attached to their RV only.

FIRES: First must be in screened, self-contained fire pits. No open fires. Gas BBQ grills are permitted. Designated fire pits on property are at a first come first use basis unless previously reserved. Please share with your neighbors. All fires must be extinguished before vacating the area. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

LIGHTING: Clear lights hanging from awnings is allowed year-round. Holiday lights are permitted October-January. All lights must be off by 10 PM weekdays and 12PM weekends. Opened flame lights are not permitted.

TRAILERS: Boat trailers, dollies and utility trailers must be securely parked in the designated area behind the storage building. They may not be parked on lots. There will be no storage of boats or trailers between stays. No flammable liquids may be stored on sites.

CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian aged 18 or older. Please use good judgement if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.

SAFETY AFTER DARK: In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.

BIKES, SCOOTERS, ATVs, ETC.: CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST WEAR A HELMET WHEN RIDING THESE. No motorized scooters, three or four wheelers (i.e. ATVs) are allowed in the resort. Due to our uneven conditions, no roller blades or skateboards are allowed.

GOLF CARTS: Only battery powered golf carts with lights are permitted to operate on property. Only licensed adults are authorized to operate golf carts while on property (under aged children may operate cart only with licensed driver in front seat). Please observe 10 MPH speed limit.

PETS: 2 pets per site. Please maintain control of your pets. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet unless inside the dog park. Owners must clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent. Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the office or laundry! The same rules apply for cats as for dogs. Cats are inside pets only. If outside, they must be on a leash with the owner at all times. They are prohibited due to health codes. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK. If a pet bites someone, City Limits is NOT RESPONSIBLE and your pet will be banned from the park, as well as no refunds. Any dogs showing aggressive behavior will be asked to leave immediately.

POND: The pond is meant for the enjoyment of the guests. Catch and release fishing is allowed unless posted otherwise. NO SWIMMING allowed in the pond.

HIKE AND BIKE TRAILS: Please enjoy and respect the hike and bike trails. We have cleared certain areas for access to our guests and have tried to remove debris and poison ivy. We want you to enjoy mother nature and not be at her mercy. Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited.

TRASH: Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. Leave trash outside by your RV curb and it will be picked up on a Daily basis between 7 am – 11 am. Please DO NOT leave trash out overnight as it may attract wildlife. Cleanliness of the park is VERY important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.

LAUNDRY: Please leave the laundry room as you would like to find it. If it needs attention, please notify the manager. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Clothes lines are not allowed.

RV WASHING: You may wash your RV by paying a fee to the front office. Please be respectful of water consumption.

INTERNET: Is provided through-out the resort. An additional fee may be paid for faster service and uploads.

NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED. NO WEAPONS DISPLAYED

PARKING: Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough. Please park parallel to your RV out of the main drives. Additional parking is available. Please ask the office manager for location and additional pricing.

VEHICLE REPAIRS: No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises.

CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ELECTRIC SPACE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO CHEATER BOXES OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. City Limits RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RVs or other mechanical issues.

CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, fighting, yelling, drunkenness, sale, manufacturing or use of illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate eviction without refund.

BUSINESS OPERATION: The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited.

DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of City Limits RV Park. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person (s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.

LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.

MESSAGES: If you are expecting messages, please check with the office. Emergency messages will be delivered to your site.

MAIL SERVICES: Available for our guests. Please check with the office for details.

​These rules are for health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all.

THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER 24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. EQUIPMENT IN USE IS TO AID IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST THIS BUSINESS.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES WITHOUT REFUND. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES WHEN NECESSARY.

We know most RVers to be some of the most helpful, honest and kind people in the world with good common sense, needing no written rules as they already honor the welfare and rights of others. These rules are to guide those who do not yet respect the property and rights of others.
