We are your home for your next adventure in the Colorado Western Slope frontier. We offer 25 spacious big rig friendly, pull thru RV sites on 15 acres. All sites have full hookups for water, sewer and electric (110v, 30amp & 50 amp), laundry facilities, dog park, and clubhouse with Wifi.
We are located 2 miles south of beautiful Dolores, CO and 8 miles north of Cortez, CO along highway 145.
Our location offers an unbeatable view of the Ute & Mesa Verde. Within minutes in virtually any direction you’ll find yourself in some of the most beautiful places Colorado has to offer. Mesa Verde to the south, the McPhee Reservoir and Canyon of the Ancients to the north, the San Juan National Forest to the east and the Dolores River two miles Northeast

All reservations are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable cancellation charge. In order to receive a full refund minus the cancellation charge, cancellations must be made 96 hours in advance of arrival date at 11:00 a.m.
