Rules & regulations

Violation of any Park Rules & Regulations may result in you being asked to vacate the Park. 

There is a $100 holding fee to reserve a site in advance, refundable if canceled within 48 hours of date of arrival. There are NO refunds after initial hookup. 

PAYMENT: Registration and payment is due immediately upon arrival. No exceptions. Payment methods accepted are: Major credit cards; Cashiers check/Money order; Checks; Cash will be rounded to nearest dollar (Please try to bring exact change).

CHECK IN PROCESS: To check-in, please completely fill out the registration form, including all payment information, and drop in the dropbox. There are envelopes provided. Please write site # and last name on envelope. Reference Site #_______on checks and money orders made out to Choke Canyon RV, LLC.

CAMPER MAINTENANCE: All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. You must check your RV for water/fluid/propane/gas leaks, and also your sewer connection and hose must be in good condition with no holes, and fit properly into the sewer outlet. Please do not misplace caps, and replace caps after stay. All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks; and sewer hoses must have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Maximum of (2) adults (over 18) per camper; one (1) RV; and (1) vehicles per site in standard sites. We have overflow parking in the back and in front of the office. Additional persons $5 per person per night up to the maximum.

No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV.

No sub-leasing is allowed.

FIRES/BBQ/GRILL: No open campfires allowed. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted. Manufactured above ground fire pits are permitted if there is a proper flame arrestor used. We reserve the right to ask you to put ANY fires out at any given time. Fires are to be at least 5 feet from campers and never under awnings. 

QUIET TIME IS 10PM all fires must be out by 10PM. Do not leave burning fires overnight, they must be fully extinguished. Please do not burn treated wood of any kind or leaves. You are not allowed to cut any of our trees to use for firewood.

PETS/SITE ALLOWANCES: No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; fencing; barriers or dog kennels, pens or dog runs allowed. Pets are not to be tied to trees on any sort of ties for any reasons. Pets are to be on leashes, you are to clean up after your pet, and we reserve the right to refuse any aggressive breeds or barking dogs that are a disruption to other residents. Pets are not to be left unattended. No loose animals of any kind. Pick up your pet’s waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within Park property. This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate the Park.

EXTERIOR DECOR/YARD: We love seeing tenants decorate, however there are some restrictions. If you are in doubt, please get managements approval. No inside furniture allowed outside, please use caution when putting any sort of stakes into the ground as our water lines are shallow. You will be responsible if you cause damage to any of the equipment on your site. 

CHILDREN AND VISITORS: Visitors must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations. You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Please inform your guest of the speed limit. You may be asked to leave because of your guests behavior. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision in all common areas.

ALCOHOL, SMOKING, PARTIES/GATHERINGS/ DRUGS AND FIREARMS: Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. Do not throw them on the ground. This includes your site area. You will be charged for excessive trash/butts or messes that we have to clean up on your site. DO NOT THROW BEER BOTTLES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. 

Smoking is prohibited inside of the building.

Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed.

All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

No alcohol is permitted in any common area.

DISCLAIMER: Choke Canyon RV, or any of its representatives, staff or owner will NOT be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence. No criminal or drug related activity in or near the Park will be tolerated.

BREAKER BOXES/OVERLOAD: Please make sure your breaker is fully in the off position before plugging in your camper, and turned to the off position upon vacating. If tripping or overloading the breaker results in an electrician being called and an occupant to be found at fault, occupant will be charged for any repairs needed to restore electricity or service call fees. 

SPEED LIMIT/PARKING: A 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. Music is to be turned down prior to coming into the park. Please be aware of children, pets and other residents. If you are caught speeding this is grounds for immediate termination of our agreement. All persons must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on the Park property including golf carts/side by sides/UTVs. Golf carts must be well maintained and compliant with local laws. You are not to operate any motorized vehicle on the property while intoxicated. Speed limit applies to these vehicles also. No reckless behavior or noisy vehicles to be used after the 10PM curfew.

Any vehicle parked in a vacant site without management approval will be charged for the space at the daily rate. If we are unable to fill a spot due to unauthorized parking your vehicle is subject to tow at your expense. No repairs or washing of vehicles or RVs allowed unless approved by management.

BEHAVIOR AND NUISANCES: Excessive noise/nuisances created by guests/visitors will not be tolerated. An after-hour disturbance call will result in a $100.00 fine and/or possible site service agreement contract termination. Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons on Choke Canyon RV's property. Obnoxious, profane, abusive or threatening language, behavior and/or actions directed at Choke Canyon Park personnel or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facility is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the Park immediately without refund at the sole discretion of Park management. Domestic violence will result in immediate contract cancellation. Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed. Damage to Park property, including but not limited to: restrooms; utilities; landscaping; vehicles; street lights or signage is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Choke Canyon RV assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, injury, accidents or losses from any cause to occupants or their personal property. Choke Canyon RV is not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles caused on-site or by guests/visitors/natural or weather causes. Choke Canyon RV, is not responsible for any personal property theft or otherwise. Choke Canyon RV, reserves the right to limit the stay and number of persons per site and to immediately remove any occupant at any time without court or jury trial. Should a trial be necessary, occupant understands they are waiving their right to eviction. Occupant will be responsible for any and all court/attorney fees should case go to trial. Occupant waives right to any 30-day notices and recognizes that if they are asked to leave the property all contract agreements are null and void. Willful violation of these rules will result in termination of tenancy and barring from the property. These Rules & Regulations supersede any previously written or discussed. Rules & Regulations; and rates may be changed at any time without prior notice. Please report any problems to Park management immediately. Please notify Park management of any incident or accidents as soon as possible. For emergencies dial “911”.

BEWARE!! There are snakes/venomous insects in the area. Electricity boxes attract insects. Please use caution when opening the boxes. Do not leave food out for any animals.
