Cherry Pocket Fish Camp

CHECK OUT - 11:00AM     CHECK IN - 3PM        

1. All cabins are NON SMOKING, please smoke outside the units. Failure to comply will result in additional charges to steam clean the premise.

2. No loud TV, stereo, radio's or parties after 11pm.

3. Approved pet(s) maximum of 2 no larger then 30lbs each are permitted in your own area, but must be kept in control, leashed and cleaned up after. You can not leave you pet unattended outside. YOU MUST POOP & SCOOP! Written consent must be obtained for more then 2 pets and/or larger then 30lbs.

4. We are on a sewer/septic system. ONLY toilet paper down the toilets (no tampons, condoms, wipes, rubber, cloths, paper towels, cigarette butts, etc.) No grease down the drains.

5. Lodging is based on 2ppl (one bedroom units) & 4ppl (two bedroom units). There is a charge of $1.50 per day per additional guest.

6. All units are furnished with Air Conditioners/Heaters, fridge, stove, microwave, kitchenware, TV's (air signal), WIFI, linens, towels, table/chairs, sofa bed, 2 outside chairs.

7. All dishes must be cleaned and put away.

8. All garbage is to be disposed of in the dumpsters on the east side of the property prior to checking out.

9. Coin laundry facilities are provided for the guests of Cherry Pocket. Please clean up after yourself and empty the lint filters in the dryers.  

10. Coin ice/water machine by the laundry room. Payments accepted: cash or credit card

11. WIFI - Cabins password: Bigfish 2020, CherryPocketGuest - no password required

12. Cherry Pocket reserves the right to refuse any guest who violates any Federal, State, or County Ordinance of the Cherry Pocket Rules.

13. These rules and regulations may be amended as necessary with 90 day notice to Tenants.

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
