Policies
Cancellations or amendments made 14 days (or more), prior to arrival will incur in a 1 night cancellation/amendment fee.
Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations or amendments made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
One day prior to arrival cancellations or within arrival day, no shows and early departures will be charged in full.
Rules & regulations
Non-smoking property. Pets are allowed only in 3 designated rooms; two dogs 50 lbs. maximum allowed, must never leave unattended, must sign a pet contract. No children allowed on the second floor, please count them in the total number of guests. Our common areas close at 9:00 PM.
