PARK RULES
PARK WAIVER
All park attendees and riders must sign a waiver, which will be emailed to you following the purchase of your Park Pass.
You are responsible for your own experience. Riding trails can be dangerous and requires skill and competence to avoid serious injury. There are elements of risk in riding that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce.
Please observe the code above and be safety-conscious and considerate of your fellow riders and park guests.
You are responsible for your own experience. Riding trails and motocross can be dangerous. It requires skill and competence to avoid serious injury.
ADMITTANCE ID
All park attendees are required to purchase a Park Pass to enter the park.
Park Pass riders will be given a wristband upon entry to wear as identification.
Annual pass riders must have their annual pass card with them upon entry. To skip the line at the gate, be sure to purchase your park pass(es) and complete your waivers in advance here.
MINORS
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign their waiver and remain with them on-site at all times.
CAW recommends that you follow Manufacturer Guidelines on ATV age restrictions.
NO TRESPASSING
Anyone found inside the park without the appropriate Park Pass will be considered trespassing and will be treated as such.
Trespassers are subject to being banned from future admittance to CAW and may be reported to local law enforcement.
CAW guests found on any property, or part of the property, where they are not allowed will also be considered trespassing. This includes, but is not limited to, riding anywhere other than on designated trails, service roads, and through designated creek crossings.
SMOKING
All CAW buildings are smoke-free, including but not limited to the Welcome Center, cabins, and bathhouse.
SPEED ZONES
In order to provide a more enjoyable experience for our guests, all parking areas, RV decks, and dry camping lots are slow-speed zones.
Speeding (in excess of 10 mph), “donuts”, power slides, and burnouts in these areas are disruptive, cause dust, spray gravel, and may cause damage to other people’s vehicles.
If you are observed doing any of these activities in slow speed zones you may be expelled from the park with no refund.
Parents are responsible for and must accompany minor children at all times and may be removed from the park for the actions of their children.
RECOVERY SERVICES
Recovery services are available at an hourly rate of $50 per hour, with a minimum of a one-half hour ($25). Additional personnel and/or equipment will be charged accordingly.
Recovery charges start when dispatched and include the necessary time to locate the unit. When our personnel checks back in, recovery charges end.
Please note that same-day recovery services may not be available to ensure the safety of all CAW riders and guests. If same-day recovery service is unavailable, we will recover your vehicle on the next possible day.
For CAW Recovery Service, call 803-482-3534.
HELMETS
CAW requires that all riders follow manufacturer guidelines regarding helmets and other safety equipment at all times.
TRAILS
Ride cautiously and safely at all times.
Stay on marked trails, and obey all posted signage, speed limits, gates, and barriers.
Ignoring closed-off areas is considered trespassing.
See the map for one- and two-way trails, as well as any updates to the trail system.
It is against federal law to ride in creek beds unless at the marked designated creek crossings. Only cross at marked areas.
TIRE RESTRICTIONS
CAW does not have any tire restrictions, however, paddles, blades, spikes, and chains are not permitted.
RIDING DOUBLE
Riders are not to exceed the manufacturer’s stated occupancy (occupants = drivers + passengers) of any vehicle.
Only ride double on ATVs designed specifically for more than one rider.
