Arrivals & Departures

– Check-in Time is 3:00 pm.

– Check-out Time is 11:00 am.

– Prices are for up to 2 adults. See current rates for additional person charge.

– Monthly guest payments are due in full on the same day of arrival each month.

– Maximum guest per site is 4.

General Rules

– Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.

– Do not hang towels, bathing suits, clothesline and/or clothes outside your RV.

– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

– We do not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend. Check with the reservation portal for possible extension.

– While on the property, please put all cigarette butts and trash in the proper container.

– Canyon Rim RV is in no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident, or any other cause to the personal possessions of tenants or their guests.

– Place garbage in plastic bags, tie, and place in the dumpster by the entry gate.

– No semi-trucks.

– No washing vehicles, RV's, bicycles, or any items of your possession.

– We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of park rules.

– Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors.

– Owner reserves the right to change the rules without notice.

Parking and Vehicles

– Two (2) vehicle limits on each site plus your RV.

– All vehicles must be in operational condition.

– Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from the RV site into the flow of traffic.

– The speed limit in the park is 5 mph.

– No Parking in vacant RV sites.

– No parking in the grass (campers or cars).

Rig and/or Site Appearance

– All spaces my maintain a CLEAN appearance.

– Space around and under RV shall be kept neat and free from rubbish, trash, and other items. Garbage and refuse shall be promptly taken to the resort dumpster by the guest.

– We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition.

– It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping.

– No open flames or fire pits (small personal BBQ grills are allowed).

– Outdoor items should be neat and orderly.

– No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers, coolers, and other storage containers are allowed on your site. Storage containers under rig allowed maintained in neat appearance.

– Keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and bundled.

– No light-duty extension cords are allowed.

– Holiday decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks of the holiday.

– No tarps.

– Sites who are not keeping these standards will be subject to a $20/week fine.

Pet Rules

– All pets to be on a leash in the owner’s hand at all times while walking in the park.

– Clean up after your pet.

– Pets are not allowed in the buildings.

– Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on Lot.

– Pets are not to be left unattended outside the RV.

– Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave.

– No dangerous breeds allowed in the park such as pit bulls, shepherds, Dobermans, etc., that could harm someone or their pet.

– Limit two (2) pets per lot.

Electricity

– Electricity is free for daily and weekly stays.
