Policies
No refunds will be provided for any reason.
Background checks will be performed and sex offenders will not be allowed on the premises.
Campsites must be kept clean and free of trash at all times with no exceptions. Please do not throw out table scraps due to animal attraction.
Quiets hours are from 10PM to 6AM.
RV's must remain mobile at all times. You may use skirting as long as it looks nice.
Campfires are allowed with management approval.
Two vehicles are permitted per campsite. Utility trailers, boats, etc. must be kept elsewhere or receive managements approval. Additional charges may apply.
No businesses can operate inside the campground.
Random cabin inspections will be performed to make sure cabin is clean with no destruction.
Working on vehicles is not allowed unless approved by park management.
No washing cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles unless approved by park management.
You are responsible for the behavior of your guests. Please treat other campers with respect.
No loud music or parties allowed in the campground. Please be respectful of other campers.
Pets are allowed. Please keep on a leash and clean up after them. Animals must be inside when you are not home and must be inside at night. Must have current vaccinations.
Campers agrees to hold Canyon Creek Campground harmless and shall not be liable for personal injury, disabilities, death, loss of personal property, or any acts of god including but not limited to tornadoes, hail damage, fire, pond, falling trees and limbs, etc. arising from either renting a cabin or leasing one of our pad sites. Campers agree to protect, hold harmless, defend and indemnify owner, it's agents and employees from and against all liabilities.
I understand that management has the right to evict any camper from the campground at anytime with or without a cause with a five-day eviction notice.
We do have deep ponds on premises. All children under the age of 18 should be supervised. The tenants are 100% responsible for their children if they allow them to play in or around the water. CANYON CREEK DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY LIFEGUARDS NOR ANY OVERSIGHT OR SUPERVISION OF THE PONDS. Campers use the ponds at their own risks and agree to hold Canyon Creek harmless and shall not be liable for personal injury, disabilities, death resulting from their use of the ponds or the use by their guests.
