    CampV is more than just a place to stay, it’s a space to inspire… both the creators and the guests. The concept of CampV was born from a desire to spark creativity, transform a community and utilize our talents to create an authentic experience and concept that can be brought to other rural communities.

    We are preserving the history and creating a new story rooted in unique design, community, service, art, outdoor recreation and partnership to offer an experience that will enrich the lives of the surrounding community and the people that come together to create and maintain CampV.

    CampV is the vision of Natalie Binder, and Jodie and Bruce Wright, founders of Telluride's One Architects, as well as Steamboat Springs’ Four Points Funding, which invested as part of the Opportunity Zone that invests in rural communities in Colorado. There are also hosts and artists who live at CampV and run the day to day operations.

    Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are refundable less a 5% of Full Stay Cancellation Fee. Please notify our team in writing.

    All reservations are non-refundable 14 days prior to your arrival. The credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance and our team will send arrival instructions. If we are unable to charge the card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and will refund less a 5% cancellation fee. Please contact our team if you have a special circumstance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    Late Check-Out Hour: On Request

    Late Check-out Fees: 25%

    Furry friends are allowed in all of our dwellings! Our fee is $25 per dog per night, which you can add on during the booking process. There are no fees for pets at our RV Sites or Campground. We have no breed or size restrictions. Pets must be leashed at all times.

    No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the dwellings. There is plenty of space outside to get your smoke on. Rule breakers will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and asked to leave.
