Rules & regulations

​Motor Vehicles: Please obey the 5MPH speed Limit. NO ATVs/side by sides/off road vehicles

​VEHICLES MAY ONLY DRIVE ON PAVED OR GRAVEL ROADS.

​Parking: Please do not park in empty sites or on RV site grass. Guests may park in designated areas. If for any reason your vehicle cannot fit properly alongside your RV, in your space - please park the vehicle in the designated parking area. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $50.00 for parking in RV slips that they have not rented. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $50.00 for parking on grass.

​Your visitors are welcome. All guests must register at the office and pay a day fee ($5.00 per day per visitor). Visitors should depart by 10p.m. Visitors are restricted to main campground area.

​All visitors of guest shall comply with the terms and conditions of the rules and regulations.

​Guest must be present while visitors are in park.

​Guest agrees to be liable for and to defend, indemnify and hold Camp Langston harmless from any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense (including any attorney’s fees, court and other costs) liability, damage or injury caused in whole or in part by a guest’s invitee or licensees while in Camp Langston.

Registered guests and all other users of this property are liable for all property damages they cause.

The actions and safety of your children and visitors are your responsibility.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

Pets: Dogs, cats and other pets are allowed only if leashed at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended. No pets in ANY campground buildings. No permanent pens allowed.

Limit of (2) pets per site (unless otherwise agreed upon). Proof of rabies inoculation and valid license are required for all dogs. No aggressive dogs shall be tolerated at any time in this park. Pets (dogs and cats) must be restrained on a leash of less than 6 feet at all times or in secure enclosure. Pets must not be left unattended outdoors at any time. Continuous barking shall not be tolerated. All droppings from pets must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Guests with animals must use every care to assure safety of other guests and visitors.

You may wash your RV with permission in the designated area- do not wash RV at sites.

Site to be clean and free from clutter at all times.

Fire laws prohibit storage of materials under and around RVs.

Mats, area rugs, etc. Anything that can possibly leave dead areas on the grass are not allowed under any circumstances.

Please, no hanging towels, clothes lines, or unsightly conditions. Camp Langston has the right to issue a notice of non-compliance if guest fails to maintain their space properly.

Sewer Requirements: A sewer hose seal (rubber donut or threaded connector) for your sewer hose is required on all sewer hookups.

Quiet Time: Quite hours are from 10pm-7am. Please ensure that radios, televisions etc. or machinery do not emit sound beyond your space. During non-quiet times, please be respectful of your neighboring campers. Excessive drinking, noise and foul language will not be allowed.

All guests agree to maintain auto and RV liability insurance, during the entire term of occupancy.

Extended stay guests must provide Camp Langston with a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage within 15 days of signing these rules and regulations.

RV and vehicle must have current registration.

All federal, state and local laws must be obeyed at all times while in this park.

Restrooms: Restrooms are open 24 hours; they are cleaned three times a day. We take pride in keeping them clean. Notify the office if they need attention.

Cabins: No cooking or smoking in cabins.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. If your camping plans change, please come by the office no later than 8:00am, Your site may have reservations. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Laundry Room: The laundry room is open 24 hours. No pets or smoking allowed inside. No clotheslines of any kind are to be set up on the campground. No washing of rugs or large items. Please be courteous and remove laundry from washer and dryer as soon as done.

Lakes: Our lakes are catch and release. There is no swimming in any lake (unless otherwise designated). Canoes and kayaks are available to guests, no motorboats or non-campground owned boats without prior permission. Life jackets must be worn at all times while on lakes, regardless of age.

Swimming Pool: No lifeguard on duty at any time- you swim at your own risk. Pool hours (9:30-9:30). Help keep the pool area clean, dispose of your trash properly. NO GLASS containers allowed in pool area. Anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. All posted rules must be observed. No smoking in pool area.

Conservation: Please preserve our campsites and help us to keep our prices affordable, conserve water and other natural resources.

Alcohol: All state rules regarding alcohol consumption will be followed.

Cigarettes and cigars must be disposed of properly (not on the ground). No Smoking in any campground building.

Campfires and any open fires are not allowed on the sites. There are designated areas for campfires.

Risk: management reserves the right evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without refund. Guests and visitors agree to use the campground at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for acts of God, damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.

Camp Langston reserves the right of placement for your RV or trailer to any site within the park at any time for any reason.

Camp Langston reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these regulations. We are a private park and reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

You may not use the Camp Langston address for mail delivery or other residency purposes. Anyone calling to verify that this is your address will be informed that it is not.

Hiking on the ranch is at your own risk, we advise that you take a phone with you.
