Cancellation:
100% PLUS TAXES, FEES & SERVICE CHARGE IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING AND IS NONREFUNDABLE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN: Begins at Camp Hideaway Retreat at 4pm Central time. Our contactless check-in means you never have to wait in line to access your room. You will receive your check-in information on the day of your arrival.
CHECK-OUT: Must be completed by 11am Central Time. To check out, simply lock your door with a lock button. There’s no need for a formal check out at the office. We will bill your card on file for any incidentals. Late Check-Outs up to 12pm may be available upon approval by Management and subject to a $150 fee.
MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANCY
Main House: 4 rooms, 5 beds, 2.5 bath, full kitchen, and private porch; sleeps 10
Farmhouse #1-5: Each has 2 king bedrooms and 1 bunk room with 4 queen built-in bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, covered deck, fire pit, grill, and heated plunge pool; each sleeps 12
Historic Cabin: 1 king bedroom plus 1 twin loft, full bath and kitchenette; sleeps 4
Pharmacy: 1 king bedroom plus 1 twin loft, full bath and kitchenette; sleeps 4
Tiny Home: 1 full size bed and 1 full bathroom with kitchenette; sleeps 2
CAN I BRING MY PET TO CAMP HIDEAWAY? Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on property.
WILDLIFE: By booking a reservation at CAMP HIDEAWAY, you understand that we are situated in a remote location on 5 acres in the Texas Hill Country with an abundance of wildlife including but not limited to armadillos, spiders, scorpions, deer, fox, snakes, squirrels, birds of prey, hogs, feral cats, dogs, lizards, skunks, opossums, wasps, mosquitoes and bees to name a few. You also understand that you are responsible for all risks and bodily injury that may occur from encounters with wildlife while staying at CAMP HIDEAWAY.
FIREWORKS: Consumer Fireworks may not be used on the property, Camp Hideaway prohibits the use of all fireworks on public roads, side walks and right of way areas.
LATE HOURS: There will be no activity at late night hours.
LOST ROOM KEYS: There is a $250 fee for lost room keys not returned to the room lock box.
