CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN: Begins at Camp Hideaway Retreat at 3pm Central time. Our contactless check-in means you never have to wait in line to access your room. You will receive your check-in information on the day of your arrival.

CHECK-OUT: Must be completed by 11am Central Time. To check out, simply lock your door with a lock button. There’s no need for a formal check out at the office. We will bill your card on file for any incidentals. Late Check-Outs up to 12pm may be available upon approval by Management and subject to a $150 fee.

MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANCY

RANCH HOUSE: Each Ranch House reservation includes a maximum of 8 occupants including children 12 and under.

SUNRISE HOUSE: Each Sunrise House Reservation includes a max of 4 people including children 12 and under.

COUPLES SUITE: Each Tent Couple's suite reservation includes a max of 2 people including children 12 and under.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO CAMP HIDEAWAY? Our Ranch House and Sunrise House are Pet Friendly, but we have two simple rules: (1) For everyone’s safety, including yours and your pet’s, all pets must be on leash at all times and (2) Pets must be registered before arriving for a fee of $150 per pet per reservation. The Pet Fee is nonrefundable. Our Tent Suites are NOT pet friendly.

WILDLIFE: By booking a reservation at CAMP HIDEAWAY, you understand that we are situated in a remote location on 25 acres in the Texas Hill Country with an abundance of wildlife including but not limited to armadillos, spiders, scorpions, deer, fox, snakes, squirrels, birds of prey, hogs, feral cats, dogs, lizards, skunks, opossums, wasps, mosquitoes and bees to name a few. You also understand that you are responsible for all risks and bodily injury that may occur from encounters with wildlife while staying at CAMP HIDEAWAY.

WIFI: Our tent suites were created to disconnect and enjoy the Camp Hideaway property. For this reason our tent suites do not offer WiFi or TVs.

FIREWORKS: Consumer Fireworks may not be used on the property, Camp Hideaway prohibits the use of all fireworks on public roads, side walks and right of way areas.

LATE HOURS: There will be no activity at late night hours.

LOST ROOM KEYS: There is a $250 fee for lost room keys not returned to the room lock box.
