Camp David RV Resort

Reservations:

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM

We cannot guarantee a specific site

Daily or weekly deposits are non-refundable 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival date.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a long-term site. Deposits for monthly sites are non-refundable but are applied to your reservation.

Vehicles:

Speed Limit is 10 MPH.

Only two vehicles per site are allowed; do not park on grass or block roads or sites.

Overflow parking is available at the office and bathhouse.

Quiet Time is 9pm – 8am daily and 11pm – 8am on holiday weekends.

Pets:

Pets are permitted at RV sites.

Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.

Dangerous breeds are not permitted and if asked, vaccination records must be provided.

You are required to clean up after your pet; disposal bins are available on site.

Disruptive Behavior:

If the police are called by management or another camper, due to disruptive behavior, the disruptive camper(s) will immediately be required to leave the campground.

There will be no refunds to any person in this situation.

Insurance and Theft:

We are not responsible in the case of theft of RV or contents thereof, nor for any damage caused by natural causes (i.e. tree falling), nor for spoilage of refrigerator / freezer foods due to loss of electricity.

All activities are conducted out of individuals’ free will and Camp David RV Resort, LLC. is not responsible for injury to guests, loss of money, or loss of valuables of any kind.

We recommend that long term campers purchase individual insurance, as Camp David RV Resort, LLC. is not responsible for any damage caused by natural disasters, negligence, theft, or loss of electricity.

Visitors:

You are responsible for the behavior and actions of visitors at your site.

Parents are responsible for children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended, especially around the dock area, pond, and near Riverwalk access.

Campfires must be in a fire pit or designated area; never leave a fire unattended.

Trash:

Trash is to be placed in dumpsters provided throughout the campgrounds.

Sites must be clear of trash before departure.

It is recommended to not leave trash outside or on the ground overnight due to animals.

Water Use:

Washing of cars and RVs is prohibited without approval.

Dumping of “grey water” is not allowed on the ground (GA law).

Camp David RV Resort, LLC., all management, and employees reserve the right to refuse service

to anyone noncompliant with campground rules. We reserve the right to change resort Rules & Regulations at any time to protect the safety of all campers. All activities in the campground are

conducted at the individual’s free will and Camp David RV Resort, LLC. will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money/ valuables of any kind.
