House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. We DO NOT offer refunds for WEATHER, HEALTH or MECHANICAL related instances. Management reserves the right to approve refund requests based on each situation.
RV Site cancellations made 1 day prior to the reservation date will qualify for a full refund minus the below processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours will qualify for a 50% refund.
There will be a $10 processing fee for ALL RV site cancellations.
The following weekends are considered “holidays” in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. We do not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these weekends.
Rules & regulations
Fireworks
No Fireworks are allowed
Keeping our community clean
Residents must keep their space uncluttered and clean. Absolutely no digging in the ground without consent from management.
Parking RV
Residents must park on the parking pads and not on the grass unless permission is given.
Pet Friendly
Only pets approved by the landlord will be allowed and must be on a leash and not be allowed to run loose.
Changes in park rules
The Park's rules and regulations, standards of maintenance of physical improvements in the park, together with services (including utilities), equipment and physical improvements within the park may be changed from time to times as provided by any law then in effect.
