We’re close to many shops and restaurants as well as Charis Bible College. This makes us a popular site for small reunions and other events. Outside of town, there is even more to do! Popular activities in our area include fishing, hunting, hiking, and mountain climbing.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cabins and Tiny Homes:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $25. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund.
RV Park:
For cancellations made at least seven days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less $10.00. For cancellations made within seven days prior to arrival, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. Deposits on stays for a month or longer will not be refunded. No refund for group cancellations. Sorry, no refund for early departure.
Rules & regulations
Cabins and Tiny Homes: A deposit is required at the time of booking and is equal to 50% of the total cost. For one night stays, a full prepayment is required.
There is a pet fee of $10/night. Your pet must be registered with the office upon your arrival.
Bristlecone Lodge will strictly enforce the following pet rules for the enjoyment of all guests:
Do not leave pets unattended. Housekeeping will not come in if you are not there.
Barking, whining, howling, etc. will not be allowed.
Pets are to be taken to the designated dog walk area to do their business. Always clean up after your pet.
Pets are always to be on a leash when outside.
Pets showing aggressive or protective tendencies will be asked to leave immediately.
Do not leave pet food outside.
No cats allowed.
No smoking in any units. Smoking outside is permitted. Fees will be charged if you smoke in your suite.
Not all units allow pets. Please contact Bristlecone Lodge for availability prior to reserving your unit.
We will do our best to accommodate your room requests but management does not guarantee specific unit assignments. Any changes by management will be equal to or larger in terms of accommodations.
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM.
There are no minimum stay requirements except on some holidays, please inquire.
RV Policies:
Rates are for up to 2 people.
Extra-person is $3.00 per night each.
1 RV and 1 auto are allowed. There are fees for extras.
RVs older than 10 years are not accepted for monthly stays, only nightly stays.
Subletting your RV is not permitted.
RV Dump Station is $20
