Policies
If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival, a one-night fee will charged to the card on file.
Check-in time is 1:00PM for all pads. 3:00PM for all rental units.
Check-out time is 11:00AM
Quiet hours are strictly enforced 10:00PM - 7:00AM.
Pet Rules & Regulations
No aggressive breeds.
No pets are allowed in the 1 & 2 bedroom park model cabins.
Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times.
Pool Rules & Regulations
The pool is open from 8am-10pm with adults only swim from 8pm-10pm.
No pets are allowed at the pool.
Food & beverages are permitted in the pool area - however, there is no glass allowed.
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
Additional Information
No construction or building is allowed on the property.
Gazebos are equipped with gas grills that are cleaned nightly by RV park staff - You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself and placing trash in receptacles.
Additional parking is available - please do not park in the empty cement pads next to your site.
The speed limit throughout the property is 5mph and it is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Golf cart rentals are available for anyone over the age of 21 with a valid driver's license.
The lake is stocked for fishing and it is a catch and release lake - YOU MUST RELEASE ANY FISH YOU CATCH.
The property is gated and you will need a code to enter.
The laundry area is cleaned twice daily by RV park staff.
