Check out is high noon.

Quiet hours are 10 pm through 7 am. Excessive noise will not be permitted. Generators may not be run during quiet hours.

1 RV and two vehicle per site; parking only in your own site please. All guests must park at office area.

Our rates include the first 2 people, 1 RV, 1 tow vehicle and 2 pets. Additional fees apply for extras. Tents are not permitted.

Our 5 mph speed limit does more than keep dust to a minimum. Only you can prevent speed bumps.

Permanent structures, clothes lines and excessive material at your site is not permitted. Please keep your site neat and orderly.

Respect other camp site guests.

No auto repair, oil changes, vehicle maintenance or washing of vehicles on premises.

Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Public areas are considered alcohol and smoke free. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed at your site. We strive to maintain a wholesome family environment. Please conduct yourself accordingly.

NO RO (Reverse Osmosis) SYSTEMS or water softening systems that drain into sewer systems. They use too much water and we have to haul the wasted water to the city sewer plant, which we are charged for.

If you use a washer/dryer in your rig, there is an extra charge due to the aforementioned sewer issue.

Sewer hookups must have approved ring for sanitation drains.

Do not add formaldehyde products to your tank.

Do not dump gray water on ground.

PLEASE DO NOT DUMP FOOD GREASE DOWN SEWER LINES AS IT CLOGS YOUR PIPES AND OURS.

Dispose of cigarette butts in appropriate containers.

No campfires or fireworks on premises.

Resort facilities are to be used at your own risk. Boot Hill RV Resort, LLC, its owners, management and staff are not responsible for loss, damage or claims for damages to campers' property due to fire, wind, theft, accident or other causes. We assume no responsibility for personal injuries. Furthermore, to the extent that you or those in your party use or abuse the premises in an irresponsible manner, you agree that you will be liable for any damage caused to the facilities and/or other guests as a result of those actions.

Owners reserve the right to change rules, regulations, pricing and to refuse service to anyone. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Monthly prices are based on a 30 day month.

There will be a $5 per day late fee for past due rent.

Boot Hill RV Resort, LLC reserves the right to evict without prior notice anyone who is in violation of our Guest Policies and Rules of Conduct. No refund of fees will be made in such an event.

RVs over 12 years old are subject to management approval prior to registration.

Pets:

Quiet pets are welcome as long as they remain on a leash and are under control of owner at all times.

Due to our insurance regulations, aggressive breeds such as Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, etc are not permitted.

All pets are to be walked in marked areas, and are not permitted in buildings or picnic areas.

Clean up immediately after pets. Pick up bags are unavailable in dog walk area.

Do not leave pets unattended.

Immunizations must be current and up to date.

Pets wandering free are subject to capture and delivery to local animal control.

Consistently noisy pets will not be welcome at the resort.
