Rules & regulations
The person registered will be responsible for the condition of the campsite.
Reservations are not refundable due to weather conditions.
We reserve the right to not renew a booking to any guest who has not arranged for all of their dates in advance. We will do our best to move guests to the next best available site (if necessary).
Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking and are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes made to your reservation after it has been confirmed may result in higher rates.
Check-in between 1pm & 10pm. Check out by 11am.
The following are a list of rules and guidelines for the camping area at the Boone County Fairgrounds:
All campers must be chaperoned by an adult. Children 18 or under are NOT allowed to camp by themselves.
Horses or any other livestock are not allowed in the campgrounds
One vehicle per lot space will be permitted in camping area; additional vehicles must be parked in the parking
lots.
Campers must pull in on their designated time/day, unless other arrangements have been made with the office
Any issues with utilities at your campsite should be reported to a fair board member to be repaired.
If you did not pay for a full hookup, you should not stay hooked up to the hydrant.
Water and sanitary dumps are available at designated areas for camper usage.
All streets, alleys and drives in around and thru the campgrounds must be open to traffic at all times.
Speed Limit in the Camping area is 5 MPH. Unauthorized ATV’s, golf carts, etc. are not permitted on the
Fairground property.
Biking is not allowed in the campgrounds after dark.
Campfires are only permitted in designated fire rings on gravel pads.
Pets are permitted in the campgrounds provided they are on a leash or if they are used for handicap purposes.
Bathroom & shower houses are available for use 24/7 during the fair (with the exception of when they are being
cleaned). Please clean up after yourself and be courteous to other campers using the facilities.
Fair Campers have first right of refusal for their campsite the following year.
