House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Guests receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee if cancelled before 48 hours of check-in on standard, short term reservations. After 48 hours, the reservation balance is forfeited and will not be applied to a future stay.
For holiday and event weekend reservations, guests must cancel 7 days prior to check-in in order to get a full refund. Cancelling within 7 days results in a full forfeit of the reservation cost.
Rules & regulations
Quiet hours are between 10 pm until 8 am.
5 mph speed limit in the park.
No fireworks are allowed to be discharged in the park.
Check-in is 1pm. We ask that guests check in upon arrival or call if arriving after hours.
All visitors must check in at the office.
Check out is 11am. We ask that guests please inform the office upon departure.
Pets:
Pets are welcome. One pet is included in the reservation price. Two pets allowed per site. Additional pets require prior approval from park management.
No aggressive dogs are allowed in the RV park.
Pets must be on a leash (not greater than 6 ft long) at all times and never left unattended.
Owners must clean up after their pets.
Pet owners are responsible for their pets. Bolivar Peninsula RV Park shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind caused by or to a camper’s pet.
