House rules for a happy stay
Policies
To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.
Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m on the day following scheduled arrival. No shows will not receive a refund for any of the dates reserved regardless of circumstances.
Cancellation of a reservation must be received by the deadline listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
Cabin & RV Sites: 72 hours cancellation notice is required. Notification must be received by 4 P.M. 3 days before your scheduled arrival.
Reservations made after these deadlines require $40 nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after the deadline will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. You will be notified at check out if any of these will apply to your stay.
