AGE REQUIREMENT

Must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation.

RATES + PAYMENTS

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.

EARLY DEPARTURES

We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures.

RESERVATIONS: RV SITES

RV Regulations: RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one RV is allowed per site.

Occupancy: All RV rates include six (6) people per site. Maximum of (4) Adults per site. A $10 charge will be added per each additional adult.(Per Day)

Pets: Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.

Sites: Please note that we do not allow tent camping of any kind, on any site day or evening. We allow pop-up canopies and umbrellas for shade purposes only.

CHECK-IN: 1:00 PM CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM

RESERVATIONS: COTTAGES

Pets: No pets allowed.

Please be aware: Smoking is not permitted. Provided towels must NOT leave the cottages.

THE FINE PRINT

By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all resort policies as they are presented herein and upon arrival to the resort.

COVID-19 Policy

All individuals over the age of 5, including team members, vendors, and guests, are required to wear a face mask while in any building on the resort. This requirement also extends to outdoor settings where individuals are within 6 feet of one another.

In light of the global pandemic associated with COVID-19, everyone shares in the obligation to observe certain requirements and guidelines to help keep themselves and others safe within our resort. In particular, I represent that I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks and I have not been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks either. If I do test positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who has, or if my temperature exceeds 100° F and I experience other COVID-19 related symptoms, I agree that I will not seek to enter the resort until I am no longer symptomatic for three straight days. I agree to observe the safety requirements within resort spaces - - including wearing a personal mask when required, and observing required routes of circulation, occupancy limitations, social distancing and sanitization requirements.
