Terms for ALL guests

1. ALL patrons must check in at the office prior to parking at their site/cabin, setting up, or using any facilities on Blue Mesa Outpost property. By acknowledging these terms online and proceeding to booking, patrons agree that their reservation is not finalized until they complete an expedited check in at the campground office and sign a hard copy of their guest agreement.

2. Check in time is from 3:00pm - 8:00pm; check out is by 11:00am.

3. The Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean and presentable condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner.

4. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in the dumpster during their stay. Only bagged trash in trash cans by the cabins. Guests are cautioned to avoid leaving trash outside because it attracts animals.

5. The Guests shall pay for damages to the premises over and above normal wear and tear, including damages to linens, towels, dishes, etc. (if applicable).

6. Parking is available at each site/cabin for 1 vehicle only (1 RV and 1 vehicle per RV site). If additional parking is required, please inquire. No additional parking in driveways, No parking on grass/dirt, No tents at RV sites or cabins, NO EXCEPTIONS.

7. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum; this includes pets. The Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding Guests. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding Guests. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Guests shall then immediately vacate the premises. Law enforcement may be called to respond to any problematic situations and/or violations of local, state, and federal statutes.

8. There shall be no smoking inside any buildings.

9. Shower and laundry facilities are strictly for Guests use only.

10. Fire pits are available at each site/cabin. If authorities issue a fire ban, campers must adhere to it. Do not move fire pits or grills and burn only wood or paper in the fire pits. All fires must be attended at all times and campfires must be extinguished before you retire for the night. No fireworks allowed at any time.

11. The Guests and Guest's visitors shall herby indemnify and hold harmless Blue Mesa Outpost against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of accident, injury or loss. Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which Blue Mesa Outpost may maintain on the property does NOT cover the personal property of Guests, and Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.

12. Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that this agreement is for transient occupancy of the property, and that Guests do not intend to make the property a residence or household.

13. We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.

14. There shall be no refunds due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, work, family emergencies, or other commitments.

15. Guests shall see to their own security while on the property by locking doors, windows, etc., when it is prudent to do so.

Additional Terms for CABIN guests

1. Blue Mesa Outpost has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period could be terminated immediately. The Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

2. Before check out, the Guests shall have all dishes washed, coffee maker emptied and cleaned, and microwave cleaned of any spattered food.

3. The Guests shall have no more than the number of persons on the reservation sleep on the premises.

4. Blue Mesa Outpost shall provide towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes and silverware. The Guests will not use any linens for anything other than their intended use. Any other consumables are to be purchased by the Guests. No housekeeping during stay.

5. The property has smoke alarms installed and they are believed to be functioning properly at the time of rental. Guests will notify management without delay if a fire alarm alerts, or chirps for a low battery condition.

6. Each cabin has a fire extinguisher located in the living room (behind the door). Guests agree to only use the fire extinguisher in a true emergency and to notify other Guests sharing the unit of the fire extinguisher's location.

7. There is a $10 charge for each lost/missing cabin key.

Additional Term for RV guests

1. For RV site 12, a 30 TO 50AMP adapter is available for use. A $50 charge will be incurred if it is not returned.

Additional Terms for guests with PETS

1. Dogs must be leashed and attended by a human at all times while outside.

2. Pets may not be left unattended while in a cabin or tent.

3. Pet owner/camper on the reservation is responsible for the cost and liability of any and all damages animal causes to property and person.

4. Pets in cabins must be kept off all furniture, or a minimum $25 cleaning fee may be imposed. (old sheets are available to cover furniture if you would like; please ask)

5. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately. Bagged and tied waste may be disposed of in the pet waste stations, trash cans by cabins, or the dumpster by the RV Park.

6. Excessive noise must be limited so as not to disturb other visitors.

7. Maximum of 2 pets per cabin, tent or RV site.
