With spectacular views of Greers Ferry Lake, a complete range of amenities and a variety of activities, you’ll love being able to enjoy all that nature has to offer within the comfort of your own RV. If you don't own an RV, we have RV rentals as well as cabin rentals. Long Term reservations are welcomed! Some park amenities include trash services, picnic tables, playground and a nearby gasoline store. Whether its for a short and or long term visit, we hope to see you soon!

The RV entrance is located on Kinderhook Road, which is off of Highway 16, exactly 3 miles from the Highway 92 and the Highway 16 junction in Greer's Ferry.

This cabin has a Murphy Bed, a microwave, sink, refrigerator, heat, and air conditioning. It does not have a bathroom/shower but there is one right across the way. There is a $25.00 cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate. Min. 2 nights required.

Main Lodge
This lodge fits up to 10 people with three bedrooms total. Two bedrooms have queen beds, the third has a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top and a full size bed on the bottom. The living room has a pull-out couch as well. The lodge is equipped with a wet bar, wine cooler, ice maker, coffee maker, kitchen area, dishwasher, 2 common areas, 2 full bathrooms, and an upper and lower deck to look out over the park, cable, and wifi. There is a TV in one of the common areas as well as in each of the bedrooms. We stock the lodge with glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and bedding. All you need to bring is clothes and food. There is a 2 night minimum and a 7 night maximum. No pets allowed in this cabin. Plan your next family reunion here! An additional deposit in the amount of a one-night stay will be collected upon check-in. This deposit is refundable if there are no damages found during the inspection of the unit.

Tent Sites with Water and Electric
We offer both primitive tent camping and tent camping with water and electric. For primitive tent camping, we have plenty of soft grassy areas without water and electric. For tent camping with access to water and electric, please stay on one of our RV sites! Come choose a place and tent camp with us! All tent campers will have access to our laundry room, showers, and bathroom!

This cabin is cowboy themed and fits up to 4 people with 1 bedroom total. There is a queen sized bed and a pull-out bed for two. This cabin is equipped with a coffee maker, kitchen area, deck, full sized bathroom, tv, cable, and wifi. We stock the cabin with glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and bedding. All you need to bring is clothes and food. There is a 2-night minimum and a 7-night maximum. No pets allowed in this cabin. An additional deposit in the amount of a one-night stay will be collected upon check-in. This deposit is refundable if there are no damages found during the inspection of the unit.

Policies
If cancelled more than 30 days before the reservation date, you will receive a full refund. If cancelled less than 30 days before reservation date, you will be refunded less the amount equivalent to a one-night stay. If cancelled on the day of the reservation, no refund will be issued. Processing fees are nonrefundable.
Park Speed Limit
The speed limit within the park is 5 mph.
Loss & Damages
We are not responsible for loss or damages. You must have your own insurance.
Visitor Policy
For the safety of everyone in the park, you must notify the campground if you plan to have extra visitors at any point during your stay.
Quiet Hours
No loud noise after 10 pm on Sunday - Thursday and midnight on Friday & Saturday.
Photo ID
You must present us with a photo ID upon check in.
Pet Policy
Pets must be on a leash or in a pen. Pets are not allowed in cabins 1 and 3, the lodge, or rental units.
No Smoking in Rental Units
No smoking allowed in cabins or park model rental units.
Extra Vehicles
While there is limited parking space at each site, additional space away from the sites may be available upon request. Please contact us if you plan to have more than 2 vehicles.
