The Lodge
The Lodge at Black Tree is a true log cabin (3500 sq ft) with a rustic feel and all the modern amenities. Sleeps 8-12 guests. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 3 car garage, game room with pool table. Master bedroom (king size) w/on-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom (2 twin beds), 3rd bedroom (queen size, 1 futon), 4th bedroom (queen size, 1 futon). Large living room, new kitchen appliances, bathrooms with updated fixtures. WiFi. Washer/Dryer. Keurig coffee maker. Views of Pikes Peak.

The Lodge, Full Service: Meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner/family style) and non-alcoholic beverages included (alcohol served at an additional charge). Chef prepared and delivered to your door. Menu options will be provided.

The Ranch House
The Ranch House at Black Tree is a rustic, modern one-level (1800 sq ft) with beautiful views of Pikes Peak. Sleeps 8 guests. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom (king size) w/on-suite bathroom with copper soaking tub and shower, 2nd bedroom (queen size), 3rd bedroom with bunk bed (full size on bottom, twin on top). 1 pull out couch. Bathrooms include bath towels and Black Tree toiletries (shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion). Living room with smart tv and new open concept kitchen appliances (inc. dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven). Includes pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups. Washer/Dryer. WiFi.

Policies
You may cancel free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that cancellations 15-29 days prior to arrival are subject to a property fee equal to 50% of the total amount paid for the reservation. Also, cancellations within 14 days of the reservation, or no-shows, are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation. There is no after-hours reception at this property. Guests arriving late will not be able to check in until the next morning.
Check in anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM. Dinner will be served on the night of check-in and breakfast the morning of checkout. Each tent has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. An additional deposit may be required for pets. For their safety, all pets must be kept under your control at all times. Guests will be asked to respect the privacy and tranquility of other patrons and employees. Alcohol not served by Black Tree Resort, Drugs and Firearms are all strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in belligerent, fraudulent or inappropriate activity. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage to the property of Black Tree Resort Inc.
