CHECK IN

After 1:00 PM on the first day of your reservation. If vacant, early check in is allowed. Late check in will be allowed until dark. After business hours check in the following day at the office.

CHECK OUT

Time of check-out is 11:00 AM.

RATES 

Rates are subject to change. All rent is payable in advance. If a guest has a reservation longer than 2 months and would like to pay on a monthly basis, automatic monthly payments are available.

LENGTH OF STAY

For stays over six months, please call the office. NO PERMANENT RESIDENTS ARE ALLOWED.

WIFI

Complimentary High Speed Internet via Wifi is included throughout the park as a courtesy. Please contact the office for the Wifi Password or check your registration paperwork.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.

EMERGENCIES

Call 911 in any emergency: Fire, Police or Ambulance. For all other concerns, please call the office.

GUEST(S) POLICY

All visitors must register in the office upon entering the park. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM or register and pay as an overnight guest.

VEHICLES

One RV and one personal vehicle are allowed on each site.

GARBAGE / SANITATION

Trash must be placed in a plastic bag and taken to the dumpster near the office. Do not leave your trash outside.

FIRES

Campfires are allowed within the park using the fire ring only. Extinguish fires before retiring each night. Charcoal or propane grills may be used but not on picnic tables.

LAUNDRY

Remove clothes from machines promptly. Do not use laundry for pet blankets. Guests and visitors should leave laundry room neat and clean. Clotheslines are not allowed.

SEWER HOSES

You must have a 4” threaded or airtight donut type and it must be supported off the ground. No storing or dumping of hazardous liquids on ground or in sewer.

PLANTING OF VEGETATION

Not allowed, you will be responsible for damage of underground utilities.

GENERAL POLICIES        

Management and the Property Owner assumes NO liability for loss or damage to your property and/or injuries arising from the use of it's facilities or cause by others while on the premises.

Renters and all other users of this property are liable for all property damage.

The sale of drugs or alcohol are not permitted, and all federal, state, and local laws are applicable to all persons on the premises.

No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, use provocative language, engage in violent behavior.

Use of Firearms are not permitted on the property.

Violating Park rules may be reason for reservation termination without refund.

SITE SPECIFIC POLICIES        

Sites must always be kept neat and clean.

Place your trash into trash-bags, then in the dumpster near the office.

Do not put or use BBQ grills on picnic tables. Do not leave fires unattended.

Protect the trees, do not cut, nail, or mutilate them. Fallen limbs may be used as firewood.

Leave your site the way you would like to find it.

Please conserve water and electricity.

When checking out, your site must be clean and left the way you found it. We reserve the right to charge your credit card a fee of $150.00 for having to clean your site of any garbage or personal items left behind.

PET POLICY:

SPECIES

Only cats and dogs, no exotic or livestock. Certain breeds are not allowed. No Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Chows, Wolf-mixes or aggressive pets of any kind are allowed in Park. We have the right to refuse any animal from being brought into the park.

NUMBER OF PETS

Two pets per site.

LEASH

Outdoor pets (including cats) must be kept on a 8’-or-less leash and are not to disturb others or other sites.          

WASTE

Pet waste must promptly be picked up, wrapped and put in your trash.

VOLUME

Excessive barking will not be tolerated and repeat offenders may be asked to leave with no refund.

RABIES

Proof of rabies/distemper vaccinations must be available upon request.
