Policies
Park Policy

Cancellations made by the customer less than 7 days from the start time, will forfeit the total cost of the reservation. If you cancel more than 7 days from the start time, you may reschedule (Inside the calendar year) or request a refund minus half of the reservation. Rescheduled reservations less than 7 days from the original reservation date will be treated as a cancellation. If Red's should need to cancel a reservation due to adverse weather or fire conditions the customer may request a full refund. 

Rules & Regulations

The property is accessed only via locked gate and customers are given a temporary access code that will work during the duration of their stay. Upon booking you will get a confirmation email with all the necessary details. 24 hours prior to your reservation the gate code will be emailed to you.

We cannot relocate reservations on the day of the reservation.

Red's Fly Shop, Canyon River Ranch, Basalt Management or any of its affiliates are not responsible for any personal property for any reason. Please be careful where you park and be sure to drive slowly over any high spots of ground or rocks.

ALWAYS HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT (Camp Marshal or a Deputy will stop daily to validate the number of people staying at your campsite.) Anyone not paid in advance with the reservation will be charged $10 cash per person payable to the attendant or forfeit the reservation and be required to leave with no refund.

NO CUTTING TREES OR OTHER PROPERTY DAMAGE. Any damages to the campsite area or surrounding grounds will result in a fee starting at $100. (Examples: creating new fire pits, wood gathering, tree cutting, etc.)

QUIET TIME: 10:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. All children should be at their campsite. Any excessive disturbance will not be tolerated at any hour.

INTOXICATION NOT PERMITTED: You will be ejected from the campground and forfeit your reservation and deposit.

CLEAN CAMPSITES UPON DEPARTURE: Put all trash in dumpsters located at the entrance of the campground. Any litter in or around the site/fire pit will result in a $20 clean-up fee per area or offense.

Limited cellphone coverage.

Dry camping, no water, power, or sewer dump.

Be aware of rattlesnakes, bees, and poison ivy.

Fires are not permitted during a State / County ban and subject to a $250 fine that will be charged to the credit card on file. This includes propane fire pits.

Small cooking propane grills are permitted.

Off-road vehicles are not allowed in the campgrounds.

Dogs must be on a leash, clean up their poop.

Children must be supervised, the river is dangerous.

The campground consists of 39 primitive sites with no running water and port-a-potties for bathroom facilities, which are clean and regularly maintained.

Extra vehicle overnight fee: Campsite fees include parking for extra vehicles at each campsite. If you have more vehicles, than is included with your campsite, there is a $10 per vehicle, per night fee to park an extra vehicle. ALL vehicles must be registered and information included on the reservation for the Camp Marshall to view.

Campground Closed October 10th - March 25th.
