House rules for a happy stay
Policies
All changes or cancellations must occur no later than 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a $25 fee for tent and RV sites and a $50 fee for cabins. The remaining deposit balance will be refunded back to the credit card on file. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival forfeit the deposit in the amount of 1 nights site fees plus applicable taxes.
Rules & regulations
Drive Slowly - 3mph. Yes. 3.
Quiet Time - 10pm to 8am. No music, voices to a whisper. During the day keep voices to a volume within your site please.
Respect All Wood - No carving, gathering or chopping.
Campfires - Fires in provided fire rings only.
Pets - Not allowed in cabins. For camping, please leash at all times.
Playground Hours - 8am-dusk. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Swimming - At own risk, no lifeguard. Inner tubes are 8am-dusk.
Hiking - We are encircled by private property. Trail maps are posted at the office.
Privately Owned & Operated - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
