Common Courtesy:

Please refrain from walking or driving through other campsites. Smoking is not permitted in any RV Park building. Please keep your areas of use neat and orderly.

Quiet Time:

10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Does your activity encroach into another guest space? For example: Radio/IPod, TV, Loud talking, Rowdy behavior etc. If it does, and it continues you could be asked to leave. We ask that guest being disturbed contact our security. Courtesy phones are located throughout the park for your convenience. (Please, Never confront another guest, call us if you feel there is a problem) (800) 334-9400

Pets:

Your pet is welcome and we’ve provided opportunities for their enjoyment in our off leash Dog Park. We ask that you follow all the rules posted at these sites. Otherwise, we require that your pet is kept on a leash at all times, this includes your RV space. Please cleanup after your pet, especially if they couldn’t “Hold it” until reaching the Dog Park. Never leave your pet unattended, or hitched to park equipment, such as: water spigots, furniture, and electrical stands.

Visitors:

All visitors must check-in at the Registration desk. Overnight visitors are subject to an additional guest fee of $5.00 A maximum of 8 Guest per site is allowed. Children under 18 accompanying the registered Guest are free. Each Reservation includes two adults with the site fee.

Vehicles:

Registered guests are permitted ONE (1) (RV) and one (1) (Tow) vehicle per assigned site. For additional parking please check-in at the Reservation desk. The speed limit is (5) MPH

Lawns:

Our lawns are watered daily from a unique subsurface drip system; you won’t even notice when the water is on! There is no driving tent stakes or other anchoring devices into the lawn, as this can damage the watering system. Please do not leave mats or other ground covering items on the lawn.

Tents:

We’ve designated specific sites for tent use in conjunction with an RV stay (No tent only sites). Tents must be free standing and not placed on the lawns.

Weapons:

The following are NOT permitted on property: legal/illegal weapons, fireworks, firecrackers, slingshots, bows & arrows, pellet guns, toy guns or anything that could be mistaken as a weapon or explosive device.

Wildlife:

The RV Park is situated adjacent to wildlife habitat. Please do not feed the wildlife or leave food out or unsecured. We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by the wildlife.

Laundry:

The laundry room is open 24 hours, if you need any “Laundry products” the Maidu Mart is always open for your convenience. The machines require a credit card to operate.

Garbage:

Dumpsters are provided at both ends of the park. If you need assistance with the disposing of your tied and wrapped trash, you may call us for disposal service.

Fire Safety:

Fire safety is of the utmost importance; No open flame wood burning campfires are allowed. We do allow outdoor LP gas fired equipment: BBQ’s, fire pits and heater (Charcoal BBQ ok).

Arrival/Departure:

Check-out time is 12:00pm / Arrival 1:00pm

Pool:

Use of the swimming pool is limited to registered guests during the posted hours of operation. Family hours are 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Adult Hours are 9:00 am to 11:00 am and after 9:00 pm to 12:00 am. Pets and smoking are not permitted. No alcohol or glass is permitted inside the pool area. Wheeled toys are not permitted inside the pool area. No running, jumping or diving is allowed. Children under the age of 16 years old must be supervised by an adult. It is understood there is NO lifeguard on duty at any time.
