Policies
All campsite, trailer and popup rentals require payment at the time of reservation. If you’re canceling, you must call 7 days in advance to receive 100% refund less merchant account fees that always apply.
Cancellation received 3 days in advance but less than 7 days will only receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice and all no shows are non-refundable.

Travel Trailer & Popup Rentals
Travel Trailers and Popup Units rented to you by Bearcamp are not stocked with bedding, kitchen utensils or other personal items you must bring what you plan to use. Additionally you agree that in lieu of a security deposit your debit or credit card may be charged up to three hundred dollars if you leave the rental unit damaged. ( Cigarette use, pet urine and other issues requiring extra ordinary cleaning shall constitute damage.)
Trash Disposal
Dumpsters are provided for free trash disposal at the Office's Parking Lot edge. Sites must be left free of garbage and debris, to include the fire pit, or a $50.00 fee will be assessed.
Check In / Out Times
Check In Time starts at 3 PM and runs to 7 PM. Please call ahead to make arrangements if your plans do not fit that window. Check Out Time is 11 AM on the day of your departure.
Pets
No more than three pets are allowed. Dogs that bark excessively or cause others to fear will need to be removed.
