RULES ENFORCEMENT 
Our goal is to provide a quiet, safe campground. Like any other campground, we have rules in our park and enforce them. At registration, you will be given a site map with our policies. We will point out a few, but you must read all of the rules so there is no question of what we expect of you & what you should expect from us.  

SECURITY GATE.
All guests will be given a gate access code. For the safety of all guests, please refrain from giving out this code. Please meet all visitors at the gate if they arrive after hours, including delivery personnel. To Exit the park when the gate is shut. You must stop at the white  & yellow box and wait for the gate to open. 

VISITORS 
Family & friends are welcome to come to the park to visit you. Inform us if you expect guests and have them come to the office. For your privacy and security, we do not allow guests to your site unless you have let us know you are expecting them. There is a maximum of six people per site, including those staying on your site and your visitors. For example: If you have four people staying with you, two visitors are permitted. For the safety of everyone in our park, we have an accurate count of people and pets in case we would ever have to evacuate the park. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests enjoying their stay at Basin RV Resort. 

ARRIVAL TIMES 
We pride ourselves on keeping a quiet, relaxing campground. Our quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm, and guests prefer to have a peaceful night's sleep without disturbance. However, we guide every guest to their site until 5:00 pm. If you have made a reservation and are arriving after 5:00 pm, please use your assigned gate code to enter and go directly to your designated site.

QUIET TIME
9:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday- Thursday
10:00 pm to 7:00 am Friday-Saturday 

Hot Tub
The Hot tub is for adults only. 

Pool
The Pool is for Basin RV Resort guests only. The Pool does not have a code to get in. Press down on the handle and lift the knob on the safety lock located on the top of the gate to open. The Pool is 'swim at your own risk.' No lifeguard on duty.

No children under 16 are allowed unless accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).

No glass bottles of food are allowed in the pool area.

The Pool is a pet and smoke-free area.

No diving

All guests must follow the pool rules listed in the pool area. 
                                                                  
CHILDREN 
Children are welcome in our park, though not many activities are geared toward their entertainment.
Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in the lodge.  

FIRE RULES / CAMPFIRES 
Due to chronic drought conditions and burn bans, we do not allow campfires or wood-burning of any kind. Please feel free to bring your charcoal or propane grill, and propane fire pits are permitted on gravel or pad. 

PARKING 
Please park vehicles only at your assigned site. There is a two-vehicle maximum, plus your RV. Areas that appear to be vacant may have a reservation and should not be used as parking. Parking in vacant RV sites will result in being charged the daily rate and/or the vehicle being towed. 

SPECTRUM WIFI & CABLE INFO 
We provide Streamable WIFI & CABLE to all guests. Please log into the Basin RV network on your device. If you need help, don't hesitate to contact the office staff. 
  
COURTESY 
Please respect your neighbors by keeping conversation, radio, television, and musical instrument volume to a minimum. The running of generators is not permitted. 

PETS 
Nonaggressive dogs are welcome. Pets are allowed at RV sites but not in any building. When outside, pets should be kept leashed in the owner's hand, under control, and never left unattended. We do not allow outside pens or fencing. Pets may be unleashed inside the bark park. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet at your site and while walking. There is a $100.00 fine if caught not picking up after your pet. You will be asked to leave the campground if your pet is hostile, disruptive, or frequently barking. Animals larger than 65 pounds are not allowed unless management permits, and service dogs, regardless of breed, are allowed. There is a two-pet maximum unless approved by management. 

TRASH 
Dumpsters are located near the lodge. Please bag and tie tightly before dumping. Please maintain and leave a clean RV site.  

SAFETY 
Our speed limit is a strict 5 MPH. 
There is a $100 fine if caught speeding in the park. 
Please Do not walk through other guest sites.
Please watch for children. 
Pop-up tents, A/C Window Units, Foil in windows, Clotheslines, ropes, or wires are not permitted. 
Firearms, paintballs, b-b, pellets, air guns, slingshots, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are not permitted. 
No outside fridges or freezers. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  
All rules are made for your safety and comfort and to ensure the enjoyment of all guests. 
Guests must be 21 years old or older to rent the RV site.  
Smoking is permitted only at your designated site—the lodge and all public areas and around the lodge area to remain smoke-free. Please refrain from throwing cigarette butts on the ground.
Bicycle riding is allowed only during daylight hours. 
Campers may arrive on a motorcycle but cannot ride them throughout the park. 
Only one camping unit is allowed per site, and tents are not permitted on campsites.  
There is to be no parking on the grass, in the street, or on any other site. 
We are on a fragile septic system. Please refrain from flushing paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, needles, food, grease, or anything other than RV-safe toilet paper. This applies to the public restrooms as well. 
Proper leveling blocks are to be used to level your RV.  
The sewer connection must have (a sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. The tank is to be kept closed.  
The management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based on its appearance and condition.  
Onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, excessive noise, abusive language, interference with other tenants, disturbing the peace, and willful or careless destruction of property in any manner is prohibited.
Basin RV Resort & its Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
Basin RV Resort & its Management are not responsible for the injury of a person, pets, or loss or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, accident, or acts of God. 
Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including condition and/or type of camping unit and limit of people per site.
