House rules for a happy stay
Policies
A 100% refund will be applied for cancellations before 7 days of the check-in date. A 50% refund will be applied until the day of the check-in. No refunds for reservations canceled after the check-in date.
Rules & regulations
Minimum night stay: There is a 2-night minimum stay from March 1st - November 1st.
Parking Passes: 2 parking pass per unit rented. Please get your pass and display in window of car. Additional parking passes are $10.00 per car.
Cleaning Fee: A $30 to $45 cleaning charge will be applied to all room that have trash and food left in units and who have not cleaned and put away dishes. If there is an excessive amount of dirt and lack of tidiness to the unit, the clean up fee will apply.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM for rooms | 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM for RV and tent campers.
Early check-in is available on request. Based on availability.
Check out: 10:00 AM for rooms | 12:00 AM for RV and tent campers.
Late check-out is available on request. Based on availability.
Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind of product is allowed in rooms. A $200 fee will be applied for non-compliance.
Pets: No pets are allowed in rooms. A $200 fee will be applied for non-compliance.
Property Damage Policy: We expect reasonable care to protect the property and furnishings. By rental of the property, you have chosen to be the one responsible to pay for any damages caused by you or your invited guest. When booking a rental you are agreeing to have a credit card on file to hold for up to $500 worth of damages to be processed if the room is damaged. If the room or property is damaged greater than the $500 amount, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of damages deemed by the Management of Bar M Resort within 7 days of stay.
Checking Out: We ask that upon checking out of your room that you do the following: Ensure that all trash is collected and put in a trash can located outside of your room, pull sheets and put all towels in the sheet bundle outside of the door, and clean all dirty dishes. We do ask that you take care of our lodging like you would your own home. In the event this is not done, there will be a clean up charge of $25.00-$50.00 depending on how much clean up is needed charged to the credit card on account.
