Luxury Tent - Accessible
Our Accessible Luxury Tents sleep up to 4 guests and feature a king-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a sofa that folds into a double bed. Your Luxury Tent includes electric blankets, a heater, mini-fridge, kettle, coat rack, and full length mirror, all in a spacious canvas tent with protective netting. Cookware and BBQ utensils are provided, so you can cook over your accessible outdoor fire pit. While our Accessible Luxury Tents do not have ensuite bathrooms, our nearby Clubhouse offers fully accessible spa-inspired restrooms and showers, stocked with Ursa Minor organic bath products.

The Airstream features a queen-size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, and there is a fold out sofa to comfortably sleep one adult or two small children. The tent has two child-sized twin beds, each perfect for one child. The spa-inspired bathroom in the Airstream boasts a roomy walk-in shower and Ursa Major organic bath products. Enjoy your own private outdoor fire pit and dining area. All tableware and BBQ utensils are provided, and your Airstream galley comes complete with microwave and mini-fridge. Unfortunately, our Premium BaseCamp Mini rooms are not dog-friendly.

Policies
Flexible Cancellation Policy
Bookings that are cancelled or modified within 72 hour of arrival will result in a forfeiture of 100% of estimated room charges plus tax. Cancellations or modifications outside of 72 hours are permitted free of charge. There is no fee to modify a reservation.
Advanced Purchase Rate Cancellation Policy
Bookings made more than two weeks prior to arrival date receive a discount for their advanced purchase. Cancelled advanced purchase bookings will result in a fee equal to the full price of the reservation. Modifications are permitted at any time.

Prior to arrival, you will receive an email where early check-in and late check-out can be added to your stay at an additional fee (subject to availability). If you do arrive early, we are happy to see if your room is available; however, we can’t guarantee that an early check-in or late check-out will be available.
AutoCamp welcomes all well-behaved dogs with their owners for an additional fee of $75.00. There is a 2 dog maximum with a 80lb maximum weight each. Please note that not all accommodations are dog-friendly.
Dogs must be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a dog receptacle. Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed. AutoCamp is not responsible for, and will hold dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by your dog.
Dogs may not be left unattended at any time in your accommodation. There are no exceptions to this rule.
We offer doggie relief stations around the property. Pet Owners are required to bring their pets to one of these stations. All dog waste must be disposed of by the owner. There are trash cans located throughout the property for your convenience and dog waste bags are provided. Please do not let your dog urinate on the grass, as it kills the grass.
Damage to furniture, flooring, doors, beds, bedding, etc., caused by your dog will result in a fee for repair or replacement which will be charged to your credit card on file. Additional cleaning costs accrued as a result from your dog – are the responsibility of the owner.
If your dog is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, hotel management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations. Any guest who arrives with a dog without prior authorization from AutoCamp staff may be denied accommodations, depending on management’s appraisal of the situation.
