Atlantic Blueberry RV Park

Registration/Checkout:

We require each guest and visitor to register in the office providing a valid driver’s license or alternative id upon entering the park. All guests must leave by 10 pm or must be registered and paid as overnight guests. Names must be available in case of emergency. Checkout time is 11 am. If you wish to stay additional nights, you must pay before 11am. We cannot guarantee space if you decide to extend your stay.

Quiet Hours:

11 PM until 8 AM are quiet hours. At all times, loud disorderly conduct and foul language, intoxication, under the influence of drugs, or improper conduct is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.

Children:

Guests and visitors with children are welcome, but their behavior must be respectful and supervised. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please accompany small children to the restrooms.

Pets:

There is a limit of two pets per campsite. Your guests are not permitted to bring pets into the RV Park. All pets must be kept on a leash (no longer than 6'), wear a collar or harness with the necessary registration from the appropriate governmental agency and under the control of the pet owner at all times. Please dispose of all pet droppings immediately. Please do not tie up pets at site and leave them unattended. Absolutely NO dog pens or fencing are permitted on campsites. Pets are not permitted in any public buildings (except service dogs) or swim areas. Owners are solely responsible for the actions of their pets. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AGGRESSIVE BREEDS SUCH AS, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: DOBERMAN PINSCHERS, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIERS, HUSKIES, ROTTWEILERS, CHOWS, AKITAS, PRESA CANARIOS, GERMAN SHEPARDS, BULL DOG BREED (INCLUDING PIT BULLS), BOERBOELS, CANE CORSOS, WOLF-HYBRIDS, GREAT DAMES, MALAMUTES, AKITAS AND BULLMASTIFFS. Further, the RV Park does not permit exotic pets, such as snakes, or wild animals. Owners of pets that annoy other campers or guests, or are deemed a nuisance, may be instructed to leave the RV Park. The RV Park shall be held harmless and assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for animal bites or injury. You, as a pet owner, specifically agree to carry your own insurance and shall indemnify and save harmless the RV Park, and their officers, agents, businesses, against any and all damage to property or injuries to or death of a person or persons, and shall defend, indemnify and save harmless the RV Park, and their officers, agents, employees, and ownership, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses, from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions or proceedings of any kind of nature, of or by anyone whomsoever, in any way resulting from or arising out of actions of your or your guest's pet ownership. Campers must always have a copy of the pets shot records (including proof of rabies vaccination) with them when staying at the RV Park. Although the limit is two per site, the RV Park management reserves the right to make any exceptions to that rule on a case by case basis at its own discretion.

Open Containers:

No alcoholic beverages are allowed while driving golf carts or in common areas (pool, hall, roadways, grounds, etc.).

Vehicles/Speed Limit:

The maximum speed limit is 5 miles per hour. Vehicles must be operated in a safe, courteous, and cautious manner at all times. Pedestrians, golf carts, and bicycles have the right of way. Please do not drive or park on patios. No unlicensed vehicles can be left on sites. Only two vehicles are allowed per site. Mini-bikes and motorcycles may not be driven in the park, except for entering and exiting the park.

Vehicle Repair and Maintenance:

Repairing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, RV's, boats or similar equipment is not permitted in the park. Oil changing is not allowed. RV washing is permitted upon request and approval.

Bicycles:

Bicycles may be driven only on the streets, and pedestrians always have the right of way. Bicycles and golf carts must be equipped with lights after dark. The use of helmets is required for all cyclists under the age of 18.

Pool:

There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool use will be at the risk of guests and visitors. Pool rules as required by the New Jersey Health Department must be observed. Do not swim by yourself. No children under 16 years of age will be allowed in the pool without adult supervision. No persons incontinent or children in diapers are permitted in pool. Disposable swim pants (“Little Swimmers” by Huggies) permitted for toddlers.

Fires:

Campfires are allowed within the park however must be controlled and not left unattended and put out before resigning for the night.

Firearms/Fireworks:

No firearms or fireworks are permitted in this park.

Laundry:

Washing machines and clothes dryers are conveniently located at the main office area. Do not leave laundry unattended. No clotheslines, temporary or permanent, are allowed on sites.

Signage:

No advertising in windows or on your site is allowed, including RV or camper “for sale” signs.

Garbage/Sanitation:

Trash will be placed in a plastic bag and taken to the dumpster for disposal. Do not leave your trash outside.

Sewer Hoses:

You must have a positive seal around sewer hose connection to avoid odor. Absolutely no storing or dumping of hazardous liquids on ground or in sewer.

Site Maintenance:

Please keep your site neat and free of clutter with no inside furniture outside, debris, appliances, coolers or trash. Any decks, sunrooms, or other structures must be approved by management and to local code. Boats and trailers must be placed in storage. Please do not park any motorized vehicles on the patio. All skirting of home must be vinyl and no plastic sheds are allowed.

Planting of Shrubs:

Planting flowers are permitted but planting shrubs are not.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in any building.

Right to Change:

Management reserves the right to change these rules at their discretion without notice.

Walking through an occupied site is prohibited. Please extend this courtesy to your fellow guests.
