CHECK IN:

3:00 PM-6:00 PM (Pacific Time) Please call to make other arrangements if you plan on arriving before or after this time.

CHECKOUT:

12:00 PM (Pacific Time) Unless you have made special arrangements with us.

Initial Deposit

An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked.

Scheduled Deposit

7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected.

WAIVERS:

Signed waivers are required for all guests that stay at Aravada Springs. One for each family or couple and one for single individuals.

QUIET HOURS:

Aravada Springs quiet hours are from 10pm to dawn. Law enforcement will be notified for any disturbances. Music is to be kept at a reasonable level. Large speakers are not allowed.

CLEANING CHECKLIST:

At the end of your stay the Camp Host will review a cleaning checklist with you. This list is found at the cleaning supply station located in your room or with the Camp Host. If an item/s is/are not completed a fee will be accessed and charged to your card. (For Group Bookings see Cleaning Deposit below.)

CLEANING DEPOSIT: (For Group Bookings only)

A $250.00 cleaning deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking. After checking out with the Camp Host this will be returned to your card within 7-10 business days after your visit. For any items that the Camp Host did not check off a cleaning fee will be accessed and deducted from your $250.00 cleaning deposit. The remaining amount will be returned to your card.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS:

If a fire extinguisher is discharged without cause a $50.00 fee will be charged to your booking.

ALCOHOL:

We require guests and visitors to consume any alcoholic beverage at their private accommodation. Please do not bring these beverages into any public areas.

SMOKING:

There is NO SMOKING in any building or within 25 feet of any building or structure. This includes tents and Tepees.

SWIMMING:

NO swimming alone! Children 14 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. The pond is closed at dark.

ATVs:

No ATVs or vehicles past the Rock House Lodge. Please use caution when riding in camp.

ANIMALS and PETS:

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO HUNTING ON ARAVADA SPRINGS PROPERTY!

Please do not allow children or pets to chase or harass the wild deer that often roam through the property.

Please clean up after your pets. They are not allowed in the kitchen or Rock House Lodge, on beds or other furniture. Dogs need to be on a leash when around other guests.

ORCHARDS:

Do not climb, attach, or hang anything from the trees or branches in the orchard. Do Not dig holes in the orchard. Fruit may be picked for a small fee when in season. Ask the Camp Host to lead you to the ripe trees.

Please do not touch or turn any of the various water valves around the property including the pond or irrigation lines.

KITCHEN:

Please wash and put away any dishes you have used and wipe off the counters and clean any spills. There is a cleaning list in the Kitchen located at the cleaning station.

ROCK HOUSE LODGE:

Please clean up after yourself by putting games back on the shelf and putting things back where you got them.

SOLAR POWER:

We run on solar power. Please turn off all lights/swamp coolers when they are not in use. Do not leave them unattended.
