Rules & regulations
Check in time is 2pm. If you need an earlier check in, please call ahead to arrange.
Check out time is 11am. If you need a Late check out, please call ahead to arrange.
PETS
Pets are allowed.
Your pets must be on a leash or in a pen when out of your camper.
Please respect other campers, your pet must be kept quiet.
If the campground staff must pick up pet waste this will result in a $30.00 clean-up fee.
Pets should not be left outside unattended.
CAMPFIRES
Campfires are only allowed in designated firepits. Firewood is sold at the clubhouse for your convenience.
(We do not allow firewood from out of state as this can cause potential problems of bringing in outside pests.)
Do not cut down any standing trees (alive or dead).
ALCOHOL
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted at your campsite, however, consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors is strictly prohibited.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the Clubhouse, Bathhouse, Bathrooms, Common Areas or Outdoor amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done in a way that is respectful of and does not indirectly impact the experience of other guests and are disposed of properly.
MAX OCCUPANCY
Maximum allowed number of occupants is 6 per campsite. Visitors must be registered.
MAX VEHICLES
No more than 1 RV and 2 vehicles per site, please contact office for extra vehicle parking. There is no parking on grass or other campsites allowed. Towing is enforced at the guest’s expense.
VISITORS
Visitors are allowed, but campers are responsible for their own guests. There is a $5 per day Visitor fee that can be paid at the clubhouse during business hours. Visitors may stay overnight if the site does not exceed the maximum number of occupants. All guest must stay within resort property boundaries. No trespassing on neighboring land is permitted.
CURFEW
Curfew is 11pm-7am.
OFFICE HOURS
Office/Clubhouse hours are from 9 am to 6 pm daily.
POOL
We have a partnership with a local hotel only a mile away. Our guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pools at Riverchase Lodge.
