RV Site Rules
All site, extra person and trailer fees are subject to a 10% county occupancy tax.

Vehicles, guests and pets Must register before entering the park. Failure to do so will result in possible termination of your reservation and loss of deposit. Vehicle registration card must be displayed in vehicle at all times.

Pets must have vaccination papers for Parvo, Rabies and Distemper in order to stay at park. These are required at check-in.

If you will not be able to arrive on your check-in date you must notify the office by 10:00 a.m. the day after your check-in date or your site will be forfeited with no deposit refund.

No refunds for early departures or late arrivals. You must pay for all the days & sites you are reserved for. Weather and Lake Levels are not within our control.Please, remember you are responsible for the actions of the guests in the site(s) under your name.

Quiet Time begins at 11:00 p.m. All loud voices, laughter, noises, radios, etc. must be abated at that time. Generators need to be off by 9:00 p.m. Day Visitors are required to leave the park by 10:00 p.m. Those wanting to stay the night need to check-in at the office by 7:00 p.m. or contact security for a pass if after hours.

Only 1 RV per RV site. No double hook-ups. No RVs or trailers on tent sites.

No empty boat trailers in sites.

Do not hang lanterns in trees and no tiki torches.

Please, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground, as it takes longer to clean the site.

Only 2 pets allowed per site. Pets need to be on a leash under direct supervision at all times and should never be left unattended in site. The clean up of all pet droppings is the responsibility of the owner.

U.S.D.A. Forest Service law prohibits cutting, burning, or picking up dead or live foliage in the park punishable with a $500. fine. You will need to either bring or buy firewood.

All firewood must be 18” or shorter before it is brought into the campground.

Motorbikes/quads are allowed to be ridden to and from sites and in moderation only.Any vehicle driven in the park must adhere to the 3 mph speed limit and be driven by a licensed driver.

I promise I will try and relax, not yell at the kids too much, ignore my phone at least twice, watch for shooting stars, name a squirrel, smile lots, have a great time and not sweat the small stuff. (Dirt on kids is o.k. when camping!)

Site Rebooking: To rebook the site you currently have for the same time period next year, you must secure the site within 24 hrs of leaving from your vacation. If you would like to change dates it must be a date that has passed.

Cabin Rental Policies & Procedures
We would like you to be well informed of our policies and procedures, so please take a moment to read them through. All funds received must be in the name of the person making the initial reservation.

Our advertised rates are based on 4 people for the studio cabins, 8 people for the two-bedroom cabins, and 10 people for the three-bedroom cabins. If your party size exceeds the before mentioned numbers, there is a fee of $12.00/night for each extra person. Occupancy cannot exceed the advertised maximum. The bill that you pay on arrival will include the addition of a 10% motel tax.

All renters must be 25 years of age to be eligible to rent all major holiday weekends. A valid driver’s license is required upon check-in.

Reservation Procedure
A $500.00 fee is required at the time of booking hold your reservation.

Final Payment
Payment of the balance of your rental fee is due 75 days before arrival. It may be paid with a personal or cashier’s check. Remaining balances paid by card will be subject to a handling fee.

Cleaning & Damage Deposit
Upon check-in, we require a refundable cleaning and damage deposit in the form of cash or authorization on a credit card. The deposit is $500.00. This deposit will be used for any extra cleaning, loss or damage done to the cabin, or outstanding charges.

Refunds
If you choose to pay in full more than 75 days before your scheduled arrival date, your payment will be nonrefundable. Once your reservation is paid in full, it is not refundable for any reason. We do not refund for weather, lake level, or location of the marina.

Check-In & Check Out Times

Check-In: 3:00 p.m.

Check Out: 10:00 a.m.

Upon arrival, please come to our front desk to check in. At that time you will be shown where your cabin is, and if you have a boat with you, you will receive instructions on where to launch your boat and park your trailer.

Cabin Inventory
Cabins are equipped with linens on the beds and in the bathroom. Linens can be exchanged on Wednesdays. All cabins overlook the lake and have a deck as well as a gas barbeque.

Things To Bring
We recommend that you bring extra beach towels, paper products, bug spray, first aid kit, sunscreen, and any specialty cooking items you may need.

Pet Policy
We are pet friendly! Two pets per cabin are allowed for an additional charge of $20.00 per pet, per night. Please do not leave pets unattended in or around cabins.

Houseboat Rental Policies & Procedures
We would like you to be well informed of our policies and procedures, so please take a moment to read them through. All reservations made must be obtained by the same customer who made the initial reservation. All funds received must be in the name of the person making the initial reservation.

Houseboats may be operated only during daylight hours. The maximum number of occupants per boat is strictly enforced. All captains and co-captains are required to go through a complete orientation on the houseboat handling and operation.

Age Restrictions
You must have at least two persons 21 years of age or older for the Deluxe Lake Cruiser, Flybridge, or Ultimate Cruiser Houseboats. You must have at least two persons 25 years of age or older for the Mirage, Genesis, and Orion Houseboats. A valid driver’s license is required upon check-in.

Reservation Procedure
A $1000.00 booking fee is required for the Orion and Genesis within seven days of making your reservation. A $700.00 booking fee is required within the same period for all other houseboats. Deposits double for rentals on Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Fourth of July. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Final Payment
Payment of the balance of your rental fee is due 75 days before arrival. It may be paid with a personal or cashier’s check. Remaining balances paid by card will be subject to a handling fee. Your reservation can be canceled without notice if payment is not received in full by this time.

Cleaning & Damage Deposit
Upon check-in, we require a refundable cleaning and damage deposit in the form of cash or authorization on a credit card. The deposit is $700.00 for Flybridge, $1000.00 for Ultimate Cruisers and Mirage, and $1500.00 for Genesis and Orion. A surcharge of $50.00 per person over advertised occupancy will apply (maximum 2).

All cleaning and damage deposits are double on holidays and holiday weekends. Holidays include Memorial Day Weekend, Mother’s Day Weekend, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Weekend. This deposit will be used for any extra cleaning, loss or damage done to the boat, or outstanding charges. If damage exceeds deposit additional charges will apply.

Damage Waiver Fee
An optional damage waiver fee is available for houseboats. This fee is daily and non-refundable.

Refunds
Payments for specials that require payment in full are nonrefundable. We do not refund for weather, air quality, lake level, or location of the marina. Once paid in full your reservation is non-refundable for any reason.

Changes
Please make sure the reserved dates are correct. A $700.00 fee will be charged for a change in dates of reservations made within 90 days of your scheduled boarding date. This includes shortening of and moving dates of your reservation. If you choose to shorten or move your dates or downgrade boat type once paid in full, you will not receive any money back, and a credit will not be issued. If you choose to move your dates or shorten your trip from summer to late summer, value, or off seasons, there will be no price adjustment. If you change reservation dates from late summer, value, or off seasons to the summer season, you are subject to rate increases. Once your booking or rental fee is paid in full, you cannot roll the reservation over to the following year for any reason. NO Exceptions.

Early Boarding
For an additional $200.00 fee, you may board your boat early depending on availability. This must be scheduled in advance. Boarding your boat before scheduled check-in time is prohibited. If you arrive before your scheduled check-in time, you will most likely have to wait. Arriving early is not recommended as this can adversely affect your perishables.

Late Boarding
Please contact our office if you cannot arrive during scheduled check-in time. We will work with you to make other arrangements.

Late Returns
If you return your houseboat late, you will be charged $100.00/hour.

Fuel
Gas tanks are filled at renter’s expense upon return of rental. Please note that auxiliary gas cans or containers are not allowed on Antlers Marina docks and rental vessels. Thank you.

Linen Packs
Linen packs are available by request only and at a charge of $295.00. You must arrange for them at least 21 days before your scheduled boarding date.

Pet Policy
We are pet friendly! Two pets per houseboat are allowed for an additional charge of $20.00/night.

Boarding & Return Times
Boarding and return times are specific and set as scheduled. Please plan on one to two hours for the captains to complete the onboard orientation. After orientation, the rest of the party may board.

Customer Gear Transport:
We use a shuttle process to assist in the transportation of your belongings to your houseboat. Once you have checked in and your on-board orientation process has begun, the rest of your party not in orientation will be instructed to load your belongings onto a pontoon boat in our parking lot. We provide one shuttle per boat only. Once your party has finished loading the pontoon boat, you will be instructed as to where to park and guided to our marina where you will board the houseboat. We will launch the shuttle and drive it to your houseboat where you may then load your gear onto your boat. If you would like to use our shuttle process to transport your belongings, you need to arrive before 4:30 pm. Upon the return of your houseboat, the same shuttle process is available so you can offload your belongings.

Boarding Days
Boarding days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. During the summer season, all 3-day trips start on Friday, and 4-day trips start on Monday. Boarding days during value, spring, and fall seasons are flexible.
