Booking

Upon receiving confirmation, please verify arrival/departure dates, reserved accommodations, and rental amount due, and contact us immediately if you find a discrepancy. Otherwise, it will be assumed correct.

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy for dates and charges.

No Refunds on early departures or for any reason will be given.

If damage to the lodging or site occurs or excessive cleaning is required after your stay, your credit card on file will be billed accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money or valuables of any nature. Angler’s Pointe will not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We reserve the right to confirm the age of renter and can evict guests that do not comply with this policy. Unless a Lock-Site Fee is paid, a specific site is not guaranteed. Prior to arrival, without the Lock-Site Fee, we reserve the right to switch the reservation site to any comparable site. We also reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodation without notice or liability should the site be out of service or unavailable. If comparable accommodation is not available, a refund will be given.

Occupancy must adhere to the lodging guidelines. At minimum, additional charges will be applied, per unauthorized guest, to the credit card on file for exceeding occupancy limit of the lodging. Exceeding occupancy capacity may also result in eviction from the Resort.

Only 1 RV on RV Sites and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per lodging or RV Site, boat trailers or car dollies must be parked on your site or in provided storage. No utility trailers are allowed.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Staffed Check-In is from 3:00pm – 6:00pm. Late Check-in is available at an additional cost of $50.00, as it requires our staff to stay after-hours.

Check-out is at 11am. If you check out after 11, an additional fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged to your credit card on file. Check-out time is strictly enforced as our staff must have time to prepare the lodging or site for the next guest.

All guests and visitors must register at the office, reservations must be paid in full upon arrival or check-in.

Occupancy must adhere to the lodging guidelines. Additional charges will be applied to credit card on file for exceeding occupancy limit of the lodging.

Resort Development and Construction

As this is a new development, there are still many areas of the resort that are under construction. It is your responsibility to abide by all caution signs, roped-off areas, construction areas and off-limits areas.

By booking with Angler’s Pointe, you acknowledge that Angler’s Pointe is not liable for any injuries caused if you choose to venture into off-limits or construction areas.

If you are caught in off-limits or construction areas, it may result in immediate eviction from the resort.

Pets:

Pets are only allowed in Pet-Friendly lodgings and RV Sites. Two (2) pets maximum on all reservations.

Aggressive pets are not allowed. Any complaints of aggression will be investigated and may result in you being asked to leave.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable for the serenity/safety of the Resort.

Pets must remain on a leash held by a human hand while outside of the lodging. No outside kennels, pens, dog tie-outs, or pet runners allowed.

Pets must be walked on your site or common areas, roads, and pathways. Pets are not allowed on other guest’s site without express permission from that guest.

Pet waste must be picked up. Evidence that pet waste is being left by the guest will result in a fine charged to your credit card on file.

Conduct and Behavior

We welcome children to the Resort, but they must always be chaperoned by an adult. Please be aware of vehicles entering and leaving the Resort and watch your children on bikes or playing.

Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group regardless of age may result in eviction of the Resort. Refunds will not be given for such action.

Maintenance of RV’s or vehicles is not allowed on sites; this includes washing of the RV and vehicles.

Firearms and other potentially lethal devices are not permitted inside the Resort.

Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBTED in the Resort.

While marijuana usage (THC vape included) may be legal in some states, Alabama is not one of them. No illegal drugs are permitted in the resort. This rule is strictly enforced, and any violation will be grounds for calling local authorities and you will be asked to leave. This includes usage inside your RV. We know what it smells like-so just don't, ok?

Unruly behavior of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.

You are not permitted to intrude on your neighbor’s site or lodging, nor any other space reserved by another guest, without that guest’s express permission. Piers are assigned to specific sites and reservations; they are NOT for common use by anyone. Pier usage is limited to your specific site.

Please be a good neighbor and use common sense in any situation not mentioned here.

Site and Lodging Upkeep

Absolutely no tents or shelters of any kind will be allowed on the exterior of the lodging to include but not limited to blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, or cots.

All RV’s must be self-contained with their own bath, toilet, and kitchen facility.

Clotheslines or hanging of any items such as tarps, towels, clothing etc. is not allowed on the sites. Any other items placed on the site must be approved by management.

No swimming pools or inflatable hot tubs allowed.

Do not place trash outside of the lodging or RV. For your convenience, dumpsters are located centrally inside the resort.

Open flames are only authorized in grills or approved fire pits. If you choose to use any open flame in either of these, you are responsible for any damage it may cause to the site, lodging, or any portion of the resort. Please take all precautions when using an open flame and never leave it unattended. Any unauthorized open flame or unattended open flame will result in immediate eviction.

Please keep the site clean and neat. Do not leave items out when not in use. Groundskeeping will not pick up your belongings to maintain the grass.

Motor Vehicles, Parking, and Speed Limits

Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort, including golf carts, scooters etc. NO off-road vehicles are allowed to include but not limited to 4-wheelers, ATVs, Side by Sides, Go-Carts!

The speed limit in the community is 15 MPH. Speeding inside the Resort will result in a $50.00 fine charged to your credit card on file.

Driving across the grass or in flowerbeds is prohibited.

Parking is allowed only on your Site or designated areas. Do not park along the grassy areas, flower beds or streets within the Resort. Parking on the roadways is strictly prohibited.

Maintain IDLE speed when entering or exiting the sloughs in Angler’s Pointe. You are responsible for any damage your boat/jet ski causes. The sloughs of the community are often used for swimming, floating, kayaking, paddle boarding; please be aware of your surroundings and always maintain a safe speed, especially when others are in the water.
