House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Full-payment for the entire stay will be charged at the time of booking. All payments taken prior to your arrival date, along with a $5 processing fee, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Rules & regulations
A three-night minimum is required for Oktoberfest (September 29 -October 2) and Labor Day weekend (September 2-5).
Please be courteous to other park guests. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, with the exception of scheduled events in the Morton and Pioneer buildings.
Campfires may be allowed with the preference that they are only in fire rings. Fire rings are available on a first come, first serve basis. Campfires may be prohibited without advanced warning. All unused firewood must be removed from campsites prior to checkout. No large bonfires without management permission.
Iowa law prohibits smoking in any public building on the RV Park grounds.
Guests should not attempt to resolve any electrical problems that may occur. All maintenance issues should be referred to park hosts or management.
Please report any conflicts between campground guests to a host or management.
Please ONLY bucket wash your RV or car—no exceptions.
Dumping of gray or black water is prohibited – except at designated sites.
Guest are encouraged to use dumpsters throughout the park. Recycling bins are located in Lot V.
The speed limit is 10 mph throughout the entire park.
Pets are welcome while on a leash; shower facilities, restrooms and offices are off-limits to all animals. Pet owners must clean up after their animals; continuous barking or nuisance pets and their owners may be asked to leave the park.
Check-in/checkout time is 12:00pm each day. Information about late checkouts or early check-ins is available at the Registration Office.
Absolutely NO refunds for guests leaving early.
No more than four adults are allowed to stay at any one RV or tent site; there is an extra charge for more than two adults at a site.
Vandalism and/or theft of RV Park property or guest property will not be tolerated law enforcement will be notified.
RV Maintenance Shop is for staff only.
Failure to follow park guidelines and/or participate in behavior deemed inappropriate by RV Park staff and management may result in expulsion from the park.
