Booking Details

One-Bedroom Cabin
One bedroom, one bath, with a full kitchen. Day bed with trundle in living room, stove, fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot. Dishes and cookware along with utensils are provided in room Bed Linens are provided, 4-towels, 4-wash rags, 2-hand towels and 2-dish towels provided for every 2-night stay if you believe you will need extra blankets or a heavy blanket, or towels please bring them with you. We are doing our part to conserve water and keep cost down.

Cabin
Cabin has 1 king size bed, a futon that folds out to a bed a Twin-size bed, coffee pot, 2-reusable coffee mugs, microwave, and mini fridge. All our cabins have their own private indoor shower and restroom. Top and bottom sheets, and a thin bedspread and pillows provided. 2-towels and 2-wash rags 1-hand towel provided for each 2-night stay. If you prefer to sleep with a heavy blanket or need extra blankets or think you will need more towels, please bring them.

Teepee
Queen Bed, and IF IT IS HOT OUTSIDE IT IS HOT INSIDE, small portable A/C to help at night, open the top smoke flaps and watch the stars. Bed linens and towels are provided. If it is cold, I would recommend bringing extra blankets these are canvas tipis.

Primitive Campsite for up to four people. Additional cost for extra people. There is no Electric or water at site but restroom and showers available on premises. This site is good for large group of campers and closest camp to rest rooms.

Policies
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
30 days or more out we will give you cost minus $25.00.
7 days to 30 days out we charge 1 night's stay plus credit card fees; unless we rent that space and we will then refund you minus the credit card fees.
7 days or less full price of stay unless we can rent your space and then we will refund you minus $25.00 for credit cards fees.
We understand life happens and we try our best to accommodate you and get you a refund or at least a gift certificate.
Smoking; NO SMOKING IN ANY OF OUR UNITS! If you smoke in our unit you will be charged up to $250. No Questions
Check-In; Check-in after 3:00 pm but before 10 p.m., on the day of arrival. Unless other arrangements have been made
Check-Out; Check-out before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night.
Quiet Hours; Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
RV Guests: Please go to your number spot on reservation.
Primitive Camping there is no electrical offered at site.
Vehicles; Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite.
Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). The speed limit is 10 MPH.

Day or night visitors must register at the Campground Office and purchase a Campground entry permit.
Key Return; There is a $25.00 fee charged for keys not returned.
Hold Harmless Cause; Park Management is not responsible for loss, stolen, damages or claims to property of guest due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. The Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The park will not be held responsible for any personal injury, due to your negligent, nature, weather, animals or by other guest or their property. You will be held responsible for any damage to the property by you or any of your guest or members of your party.
Children; Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.
We are pet friendly, as long as your pet is friendly. Help us continue to be pet friendly and free of charge by following our pet rules.
Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. SWEEP YOUR DOG HAIR FROM CABINS.
Restrooms and Showers; Are provided at the pavilion, please clean up after your self.
NO-Fire Campground; Personal charcoal and propane grills must be approved by campground management. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property. Any open fires must be approved by Campground Management.
Garbage; Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the trash cans located throughout the Campground. RV's may place their garbage at either end of RV Site. Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Store.
Trees; Trees and the shade they provide are an integral part of an enjoyable Campground experience. However, healthy and well-maintained trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury or other circumstances that may result. Please take this into consideration when parking in RV Park & Campground and while enjoying Park
Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. RV Park & Campground closes certain sites and areas of the Campground for landscaping and maintenance throughout the season.

Pool Rules and Regulation
All Bathers MUST shower before entering pool.
People who appear to be afflicted with cuts, fever, skin disease, communicable diseases, colds, fever, infection or other physical ailments are prohibited from entering the water.
No spitting or body fluids in the pool.
Bottles, glass and other hazardous objects are prohibited within the pool area or bathroom facilities.
All children under the age of 15 must have adult supervision. No person shall bring or throw into the pool or walkways any object that may in any way endanger the safety of any person. No diving is permitted. No Running. No rough play is permitted in the pool area. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from entering the pool. Consumption of food, beverages, and tobacco products in the swimming pool is forbidden. All animals except for guide animals for the handicapped are prohibited from entering the pool area. Babies must wear swim diapers, if not potty trained.
RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE POOL AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.
