Alliance Hill RV Resort (Age Restricted 50+)

If you are a family or under our age restrictions, we would love to host you at our other Marianna campground StaynGo RV Park. 

RV Length 45 foot MAXIMUM! We can not accommodate over max length.

⦁  Check in 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (unless prior arrangements made with Park Manager). Check out is 11:00 am. Site rental includes 1 vehicle, 1 RV, and 2 persons. All guests should be 50 years of age or if a married couple, at least 1 spouse must be 50 years of age. There will be an additional charge for each additional person over the allowed per site. The maximum number of guests per site is 4.

⦁  RV’s must be in proper maintenance and appearance at all times.

⦁  The speed limit within the park is 10 mph. Please watch out for guests or pets while driving in the park.

⦁  All guests must register upon arrival.

⦁  There shall be absolutely no open flames or fires anywhere in the park.

⦁  Barbeque grills may be used on the owner’s concrete pad only.

⦁  Trash and garbage: All trash shall be secured in plastic bags and be deposited in the trash cans at the North end of the park. There is no on-site trash pickup. 

⦁  Quiet enjoyment: Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. During all other times there shall be no excessive noise that interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of all campers.

⦁  Behavior, Alcohol: Any unruly behavior, offensive language (foul, threatening, or vulgar language), or public intoxication shall not be permitted. No alcohol is permitted in any public areas of the park. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction from the park without refund.

⦁  No commercial activity: There shall be no commercial activity or business carried out at any location within the park.

⦁  Guests are responsible for the maintenance of a neat appearance on their site, there shall be no clotheslines, tents, or other clutter around or under the R.V. You must have written permission management to install add-ons such as a porch, ramps, sheds, etc.

⦁  There shall be no fireworks or firearms in the park. Their use is strictly prohibited.

⦁  Smoking and Vaping: All buildings are smoke-free. Smoking or vaping shall not be permitted in any designated recreation areas including public areas and the dog park. All smoking on your assigned site must be done with great care and consideration toward others.

⦁  Sewer hoses must be connected with E-Z couplers or rubber sponge sewer ring attachments, pursuant to Florida law.

⦁  No All-Terrain vehicles are allowed to be used in the park.

⦁  Pets: All pets shall be kept on leashes and in control at all times in the park. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time and owners must clean up after their pet at all times. Absolutely no pets allowed in the clubhouse or pool area at any time except service animals.

⦁  Pool: No glass, alcohol, or pets will be permitted at the pool at any time.

⦁  Rules and regulations may be changed without prior notice given. Violation of the rules may result in eviction without refund. The owner and management absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, property damage, accident, harm to any person, or any cause or event whatsoever.
