CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 12 Noon. An additional full day will be charged for late departures without prior arrangements. Rent is due and payable on the date you move in. If rent is later than 3 days after the move-in date, there will be an additional late charge of $5.00 per day. Weekly or monthly rates will not be prorated or refunded.

SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH throughout the park. This is strictly enforced. Be alert for children and adults.

QUIET HOURS: Are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Conduct yourself with decorum.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING: In cooperation with energy conservation efforts, please turn off exterior lighting upon retiring for the night. NO additional lighting of ANY kind, please.

VEHICLES: Only one RV and two automobiles are allowed on each site. Please park vehicles in your assigned spaces and NOT on grass or in vacant spaces. See office for additional parking accommodations for you and your guests. No unlicensed motor vehicles of any kind are permitted on the property. All RVs must have current license plates and be no more than 15 years old. School buses converted into motor homes are not accepted. If you plan to leave your RV vacant for more than 7 days, you must notify the Management.

PETS: Only two domestic, non-aggressive pets. Due to insurance regulations, aggressive breeds are not allowed in the park. Management reserves the right to restrict aggressive or exotic pets. Pets are to be controlled and on a leash at all time. They may not be tied or placed in a pen and left unattended outside. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR OWN PETS. Pets POOP, you SCOOP! Pets are not allowed inside of any building, pavilion or playground area. Pets are to be kept under control, quiet and inside at night. Please see RULES posted at BARK PARK.

SITES: Keep sites clean and clear of clutter. Please keep all personal property stored within your vehicles. Please do not dig any holes or trenches. Dispose cigarette butts in proper receptacles and not on the ground. Management reserves the right to inspect your site on a daily basis. Anyone who does not cooperate with management will be asked to leave without a refund. NO tents, tarps or fabricated free standing structures allowed.

FIRES: Due to our commitment to preserve nature, no open ground fires at any time. Build fires only in approved containers.

GARBAGE & TRASH: Garbage and trash is to be securely closed in bags and placed in the containers/dumpsters conveniently NEAREST your site. The dumpster is for camping trash only and not oversized garbage such as chairs, grills, tents or appliances. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT OR ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OR AROUND DUMPSTER.

LAUNDRY & RESTROOMS: Open to park guests only. We try to maintain the laundry and restrooms for your convenience, please help us by keeping them clean. Washing of pets, clothes and dishes is not permitted in the restroom facilities. Hair cutting or other inappropriate activities are not permitted in the restrooms. There is absolutely NO smoking inside any buildings. Clotheslines are not permitted.

RV/VEHICLE WASHING: Must obtain prior approval from management before washing

MECHANICAL WORK: Mechanical repairs, including oil and lubing, are not permitted unless approved by management.

PROHIBITED: Scooters, ATVs, loaded firearms, BB guns, Pellet guns and fireworks are not permitted in the park.

DAMAGE: The responsible party will pay for damage or destruction of any property. Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property and/or injury caused by natural disaster, fire, theft or accidents. GRAY WATER/SEWER: Health Department regulations require all waste water, solid or liquid, to be collected in approved sewer systems. If you have spillage, you must notify the management immediately. Please screw white cap/plug on sewer when vacating site.

REGULATIONS: All guest/visitors must comply with the laws of the State of Georgia, including but not limited to alcohol and controlled substances. Anyone violating these guidelines or regulations will be required to leave the park. These guidelines may be amended any time and any such changes will be effective 24 hours after in the Office.

CHILDREN UNDER 18: Must be accompanied by the parent at all times. Registrants are responsible for any damage caused by their children. VISITORS: Must check-in at the Office and be accompanied by the registrant at all times. There is a charge for overnight guests. MAIL: Not responsible for mail forwarding.
